Rented a car from this location several times, never having any issues with Tony, rented a second time from Tony, who was new, pleasant person and very helpful. The third time I walked in the door I met Jason the branch manager who said when I ask about the other two Tony and Daniel, they are both gone because they are not doing there jobs. According to him in conversation would both be leaving in a week one on Monday and one on Thursday of the next week. A good manager would never tell a customer he is getting rid of two people. I rented my car on line for total of three days $30 a day. A few days later I checked my credit card statement and had been charged $248 after returning the car. How they go from a $90 charge to 248 is beyond me. I question him about another charge of $17 and he did not know what that was either nor cared to assist me with the issue. I called to speak with Jason and he accused us of smoking in the car, which no one did and when we got the car it had trash in it. He had a tall thin black man in the back who smoked and cleaned cars out, go figure the smoke smell. Told us it had been cleaned out which had not. I called and ask what the charges were Jason advised it was a cleaning fee, I advised him we never smoked in the car. Was not help in resolving the issue basically called the customer, me a liar. I called back and got Daniel and told him I wanted to speak to the manager and ask for his bosses number, he gave me Daniel's number. I called and have yet to receive a call back this has been over a week today and not response. I would never use this location again. I will file a formal complaint today with their corporate office as well. Poor way to treat customers and not a good example of Management in this location....never never use
