Handyman Connection of Chattanooga

I had handyman connection come out to fix a motor for an attic fan and look at a leak in the roof. Mike S gave me a quote for both jobs. He did not show up to the house on 2 scheduled appointments. When he did come he forgot his meter 2 times to check the fan. He was not able to fix the fan and never did check wiring with the meter but determined the wiring was faulty. He did a good job on the leak and wall repair, but when he gave me the bill it was substantially over the original quote for fixing both problems even though the fan was not addressed. I called the office to dispute the bill for above reasons but did not get any resolution. I would not recommend them, but if you choose to use them get an itemized bill up front.

I used handyman connection to do several jobs around the house, he showed up when he told me he would... did everything on the list and made sure that I was very happy before he left.. He was also correct on his estimate...
I will be using him again and would be happy to refer him to my friends and family....

Handyman Connection totally remodeled my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased If you want a job done well these are your guys :)

I recently hired Handyman Connection to paint the main room, dining room, and den in my mother's house and to repair some sheet rock that had been improperly repaired before. I am really happy with the experience and the quality of work. Jim offered great advice on paint and finishes. He arrived on time and worked diligently. He also finished a three-day job in two and left the house cleaner than when he started. I am most impressed with the attention to detail. He did a beautiful job, and my mother's house looks like a new place. I would and will hire Handyman Connection again.

We called Handyman Connection to install a sink and connect the plumbing and then called them again to hook up our new dishwasher. The gentleman that showed up did not have the supplies to do the job and then charged a $20 fee for going to the hardware store to pick up supplies. He hooked up the sink, then hinted that he should be tipped for the job. We had to call them back because the drain leaked when it was used. Having the dishwasher installed was a similar experience.
