When this place was being built my family's frame shop, Reflections Gallery, donated some of the frames that were used in the decor... so we were all curious what the place would be like. The food is excellent and so is the atmosphere! I recommend it highly.

I am from Atlanta and a frequent visitor to Chattanooga (at least six times a year). I had the very good fortune to eat lunch at the restaurant "Good Dog" on Frazier Avenue this past Sunday. All I can say is "Wow"--how lucky Chattanooga is to have what I think may be the best restaurant of its type east of the Mississippi! There's nothing I like better than a great hot dog and, simply put, I have never been to a better place than Good Dog. I introduced myself to Susan Paden, the owner and told her how impressed I was with the great food being served at her restaurant. I was further amazed to find out it was only their third day in business. The iced tea is fantastic, the fries served in a paper cone came to me hot and fresh, and, best of all, my hot dog (I ordered the Southern Slaw Dog with mustard, slaw and onions) was exactly what I hoped for - warm bun, great hot dog, and freshly cut slaw and onions. Only one mistake - I only ordered one hot dog! I'll correct that on my next visit.
