        With reliable and professional service. You can't go wrong by choosing Capital Toyota of Chattanooga. From the time I pulled into their drive util I left the property; everyone was very pleasant.

        horrible customer service

        trying to finance a car has taken me over 2 weeks to get an answer abouy my approval. it was not the whole dealership just the dealer I was talking to. I asked to work with someone else buy they declined that to me. for a company that works in customer service they sure do not know how to help please their customers. going to go to different dealership just because of this customer service experience.
