They have good food. I've been ordering here at least once a week since they opened. My only issue is the slow service. Because they are so slow, I make sure to call in my order and I will wait 15-20 mins before leaving my house to pick it up but sometimes even then i still have to wait. But now they are in the habit of not answering the phone 30 minutes before they close and will then take the phone off the hook. Really? That's so unprofessional. If you close at 7, you should take orders until 7. what kind of business ignores the phone & then takes it off the hook? I've decided to take my business elsewhere. There would be no need to call in an order if they weren't so slow, but now you dont want to answer the phone for call in orders and then take the phone off the hook? Psst. I'll gladly give my money to another business.
Looking for great home cook food check out havens diner... Hands down the best barbecued ribs around. We have eaten there several times over the past 2 months and every time the food is fresh hot and plenty of it
Lots of varieties of chicken salad to select from, plus several sides.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and the food was really good. But when I arrived there was this blond headed lady too busy talking to someone else to even acknowledge me and greet me. Could I have at least gotten a hello and someone will be with you shortly. I guess the guy she was talking to was much more important! However, the lady who took my money was very nice, but I will not be going back again.
Worst service ever. Called in food at 11.30 am on three different trips never received food until 12.15. Last trip ordered there whole wings they failed to tell me they did not have any. Always people waiting forever. Service is TERRIBLE.
Great place to eat. We love their burgers and subs. It is a family atmosphere. The service is quick.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The food and drinks were great. The atmosphere was wonderful and the people were friendly and helpful. We will be back to eat here for sure!
I started eating at Beas in the early 1970s, been there many times, live 2hr. away, but any time we go to Chattanooga we eat there.
Karaoke lady was good and tried to get people going. It was fun. Food was surprisingly good. I had the Dixie Chicks (chicken strips) were large and tasty. My friend had the wings which were pretty dang good. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked good, too. Atmosphere/decor could use a little work, but the food made up for it.
We arrived at 1:15 pm on Sunday. Had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Once we did get a table it was 10 min before our drink orders were taken. Waiter was not very friendly. Had fish tacos, wife had patty melt. Both were good.
