My experience at the Jersey pike location was horrible. I advice NOONE TO GO THERE. THE LADY THAT IS PICTURED IN THE CORNER IS A RACIST AND CALLED THE COPS ON ME BECAUSE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER SHE ALSO TOLD THE COPS THAT I THREATENED HER. THE DAYTON LOCATION IS JUST AS UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS NASTY AND RUDE. UPON ME ASKING FOR MY INFORMATION BACK SHE TRIED TO KEEP IT. SHE YOLD ME IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW TO GIVE MY PRIVATE INFORMATION BACK TO ME. IVE HEARD OF COMPANIES JUST LIKE THIS ONE KEEPING YOUR IDENTIFICATION TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY. PLEASE BEWARE OF BOTH LOCATIONS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I CONTACTED THE BBB AND INFORMED THEM OF THE PROBLEM. HOPEFULLY THIS BUSINESS WILL BE CLOSED FOR GOOD.
There is not a bank by this name in Chattanooga so fix the yellow pages this information is not correct they are mellinuim bank now. Fyi
Today my boyfriend went in to put his payroll check into my account as he has done for the past month. We noticed a man in a suit staring when we pulled in and it continued when he went inside. Finally my boyfriend decided to ask if he had a problem. He went behind the counter with the teller he was working with and showed her his phone and said they wouldn't be depositING his check. He asked why I had not came in and my boyfriend told him bc I was in the car with our baby. He then tells him I have to go in. So he then follows him out and stands there waiting for me to get out as I do he still says nothing to me. He just continues to stare. He then asks me if I work for fed ex and I tell him no that is where my bf works who is trying to deposit the check. He then goes behind the counter and grabs the check. I ask him what the problem is and tell him we have his license and we have done this several times before so I did not understand what was going on. He then takes the check to the teller and tells her to call fed ex to make sure it is his check which he does and it was confirmed that it was his check. He continues to wiser to the teller and tells her to make copies. I ask him why is he harassing me considering it is now obvious thar there is nothing illegal going on and thar I needed to go pick up my daughter from school and am now running late. He then tells me I'm lying bc my bf said the baby was in the car and my baby was in the car but my daughter was at school now waiting on me to pick her up. When I tell him I want my stuff back bc I will be taking my money else where and closing my account due to his harassment he looks me up and down and says "oh give it a rest" and in other words that he was glad that I will be banking elsewhere and that he wasn't going to work with us anyways. Now we had done absolutely nothing wrong here. This man harassed us from the minute we walked in the door. I will never bank with Regions again due to this.
The worst online and customer service of any bank. Do not bank with Regions if u can bank anywhere else
My experience with Southwest Funding has been outstanding. And this was due to the commitment and professionalism of my local contact here, Rick Wamsley. From the very beginning I was convinced that Rick was totally looking out for my interests. He made clear the requirements of the prospective loan products but without a doubt he did all he could do to get the very best value for me in my specific situation. He even advised specifically on ways to remedy the credit blip and did not push for quick action. He is friendly, professional, and transparent. Can't get any better
Michael and the staff where very knowledgeable and helpful. They saved me over $300 a month by reviewing my credit and putting a plan together to maximize my financial savings!
This was the absolute worse loan agent I have EVER deal with and we are buying our THIRD home. The WORST customer service, no returned phone calls to us our real estate agent OR the seller of the home we are purchasing! He has cancelled TWO closing dates the day before closing and not even explaining to us why. We received an email from him saying he didn't have the information and in the email he doesn't specify what information. I would NEVER recommend regions for a mortgage loan. We have money money tied up in appraisal fees earnest money and we are going to lose it all due to a LAZY loan agent. Our other two homes were a breeze to purchase, we are currently renting them out.
My son-in-law and daughter went to Hometown Lenders the first week of January and were approved to buy the house they wanted before the end of January 2014. Hometown Lenders had them jumping through hoops every week with something else that they needed to do. After signing 2 extensions with the buyer then they told them they would need a co signer. My credit score is above 800...... We signed and again they were told it was approved.... signed another extension with the owner... for 1 week .... didn't happen again.... signed another extension for 3 days..... at 3:00 on the last day I called them and was told the day isn't over yet and everything looked good. At 5:00 pm we were told they needed more time. Homeowner is MAD....... they have lost this house after trying for 3 MONTHS and after MANY, MANY PROMISES BY Hometown Lenders. They are incompetent at the best and don't care at all about their clients.
