Been going through and ordering side salad and 2 servings of broccoli $1.96. Today was $2.62 . I was told she rang it up as cheddar but only ordered broccoli. Said the manager wanted to ring it up that way,of course, so they could get more money. There chicken fingers are so small and hard that I stopped getting them.
This is by far,the worst McDonald's that I've ever eaten at a 15 minute wait for food that is cold, with stale buns, 6 employees, and only 2 working while the rest eat dunkin doughnuts, and play on their phones. The whole place needs a total overhaul, starting with management, and I mean fire everyone ! Management is the reason that this place is the way that it is ,I honestly will not miss this location if its closed, because I will never go there again, and my opinion is shared by many others. No rating, because I can give them a rating in the negative numbers.
They messed up our order got an attitude when we wanted it fixed threw cheese they didn't put on our food in a container told us to put it on our selves. The food was old and hard on top of it. When we called the manager she also had an attitude and wouldn't quit talking over me. She then yelled "bye" and hung up the phone. I used to work at a different location. There is no excuse for the terrible service or the terrible food. They should be ashamed of their selves. Also not having their hair pulled back or gloves on to get the cheese they didn't put on our food. Disgusting. Poor excuse of a staff. Especially management.
I am not a every week Taco Bell person but I do like them occasionally. On Feb.4, 2017 I went through drive thru around 7pm. and live only 4 miles from this location, when I got home i open up sack and the hamburger meat on all 3 items was cold, not even warm. I would not report this on review if it had not happen 2 other times in the past 6 months. Cold all 3 times.
Sorry serviceRefuses to answer phone or drive thru box after midnight. Called and got thru one time asked for manager was placed on hold for 6 mins then someone hung up on me. Called back no answer several times.
We had the misfortune to go through this Wendy's drive thru on Sept 23, 2016. There were 2 cars in front of us and the dining area was virtually empty. We ordered a total of 3 items and it took 23 minutes to get food. We ordered a deluxe hamburger, a double stack with cheese and a baked potatoe. The order was wrong, we recieved no receipt and lost 23 minutes. The service was awful even by fast food standards and the food no better. Drive farther down the road. This place is not worth the aggrevation.
I give all bad because I found a hair in my dip ice cream cone an I had it in my mouth. I was so horrified that I threw up my dinner. All they did was give the money back on the ice cream cone. I will never be back there again an I hope no one go there eat anything with out the employees wearing hair nets.
Stephanie is a great manager! She is not only friendly and polite to her co workers, but also to every customer she handles. Angry or otherwise. That Wendy's thrives do to her due diligence, perseverance, and genuine care of that facility. I go to no other Wendy's. It's just not as good.
We went here Sunday around5:30 pm. There were no customers the dining area was a mess. The tables had empty boxes and bags. Napkins on floor. The employees were in the back being obnoxious and no one came to clean the tables.Very disappointed in this.
well it was my first trip to penn station, i had been wanting to try them for some time. when you walk in one person takes your order, well i ordered an Italian sausage fry and a drink, when i got to the back he didnt have the drink on the order and when i got back to my office i got an Italian Sub, the only thing the two sandwiches have in common is the word Italian. so my order was more costly because everything was rang up separately, and i didnt even have what i ordered....... probably wont be going back
