I live at cohutta view and Mary Sumner is an excellent manager she keeps this place near and clean and makes sure her Tennant's have a nice safe place to live she is fair and treats us very good l admire her and respect her for the awesome job she does satisfied Tennant Libby Cox

Quiet community, clean, and nice. Follow the rules and all is great. Glad to know we have a landlady who keeps her eyes and ears open and makes everyone follow the same.

The manager don't have a personal life likes to wonder around the apatments stressing stupid nonsense rules that she don't even follow ....breaks the rules herself and harrases tenants constantly. Whoever gave her this job needs to talk to the tenants and ask how they feel about her. Or ask why is there so many people leaving this place. She opens tenants packets or mail with the excuse she needs to know what they getting intm their boxes the upper management on her is as bad as her...they were told about different situationn and haven't done anything about her. Check other places before coming to live here. THERE IS NO PRIVACY AT ALL!
