Lovin' livin' bug free. I have had Alterra Pest control for quite some time and never took the time to leave a review. The service left their normal reminder and we were not home the day they came. I called back to have the inside of our home done and they scheduled it no problem. Today the service provider showed up as usual, on time, professionally dressed and always kind. This company always looks to go beyond their call (today Jesus R.) and provide the very best service. I highly recommend.

So far so good. Had another service but the chemical spray irritated my dogs skin. Caleb was very informative and efficient. Offer end to spray wherever I felt it was needed. Hopefully this will help with the many spiders we have!!!

1st day of service and most impressed. Andy D. and Trey H were professional, answered all of our questions, and did a thorough job of de-bugging the property! Appreciated they also took a broom to clean up any spider's webs around the property.

I was impressed. Sam L was very kind and discussed everything with me first. I asked him to take a look at a few specific areas and he happily did so. He was quick but thorough. Would definitely recommend!

So far great service, Joshua W made sure to spray what was needed and discussed all of the procedures with us and asked us if there were specifics to be sprayed for and explained when they would be back. All went off without a hitch. He even explained we would probably see MORE bugs for a few days, as they start to run from the house!

I've never used a pest control service before, but our silverfish have gotten a bit out of control. Alterra's service appears to have done the trick as I haven't seen any since their application. Josh N. did a great job explaining the service and he applied additional product to our areas of concern.

I switched from another pest control company after getting a significantly lower quarterly rate than I had been paying before. Had my first service today with Roger W. He was very thorough and explained what he would be doing. He remained at my house for about 45 minutes. I was happy with his services.

I previously had pest control with Clarke and was not happy with the service. Today Jesus R. came out and removed all the cobwebs and even the wasp nest we had growing under our eves. He and his partner were courteous and efficient, so far I'm extremely happy I switched to Alterra.

The service pro Jimmy R was amazing. He was here on time and went through everything step by step making sure he answered all my questions. He was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience.

My first service was with Service Pro Gilbert. He was on time and greeted me professionally (with a smile and introduction), explaining what he would be doing. He allowed me to follow him and graciously answered my many questions about the company, product, uses, service. I am especially enjoying the 'no cobwebs'; he did a wonderful job is removing them all around the house and yard. Thank you Gilbert.

Fidel Macias Jr Did A great job He was very courteous. Would like him to come the next the next visit as well. Took extra care because I have 4 really tiny dogs explaining how long to be sure to keep them inside and listened to where I was having problems and handled himself in a polite professional manner!
