They've made way too many mistakes with our food over the years to give them a better rating. The first priority of a restaurant that bills itself as a "steakhouse" should be to make sure their steaks are delivered as ordered, and 1/3 of the time they're not. My girlfriend ALWAYS orders her steak well done (we're there once a month or so...we're no strangers), yet we've had to send it back so many times for being pink in the middle that we avoid the place unless friends want to go. The salad bar is unsupervised, and there's been many times we've witnessed children (and the elderly, unfortunately) sneezing/coughing/etc. into the food, picking the food up with their hands, putting food onto their plates then putting it back etc. It's unsanitary and disgusting, and I would never go back there myself if others didn't want to go. The free salad bar would be awesome if they kept an eye on it and supervised people, like a good buffet does, but unfortunately they don't. I used to love this place, but over the years it's completely lost it's appeal. I guess that's why most of them have closed down. Unfortunately, it seems to be their own fault.
