Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA provide a safe and nurturing environment for the lost, abandoned, and homeless animals of the city of Charlottesville and the County of Albemarle in Virginia. The organization provides low-cost spay and neuter certificates throughout the year to income-eligible pet owners.
