Greyhound Bus Lines

Don't take the Greyhound here if you can. Bus that was supposed to depart at 840a.m. still didn't come at 9pm. Asked for a refund for my ticket and baggage, but the manager, Shirley, refused to give it and insisted on being in the right.

Also, Greyhound is dishonest about the time needed to travel to places. My cab took 1h15m to get to Richmond, and we passed by a Greyhound bus. The cab was way faster, so there's no way Greyhound could get to Richmond in 1h15m.

Don't use the Greyhound service here if you can. If anything goes wrong, Shirley, the unprofessional and incompetent manager, isn't someone you want to deal with. Two of my suggestions would be to use car-sharing apps or post ads on Craigslist to ask who wants to share cab rides. Don't give Greyhound your business; they don't deserve it.
