Staff is professional, new service center makes the entire area a lot more accessible and presentable. Only issue and reason for three not 5. Is my car is still having issue's and its 1 1/2 hr drive one way to dealer. I was not offered a loaner car. Later found out online they offer loaner's. Would have been a lot easier for myself trying find someone drive for 3hrs is frustrating enough. But I think BMW is on right track with expanding their building. Just need evaluate their mechanics. I'm a car guy love my cars, but even my wife who knows nothing can feel that something's wrong. Idk if they just didn't drive it? ( I said to) or what. But each visit is money out my pocket. I hate seem negative but when you say I want my car checked 100% from engine, suspension, inside, outside, noises, vibrations I meant everything. Due to drive and do to my warranty fix it all.

Dishonest and unprofessional with my husband. Anyone I run into will definately know how poor their service is. My husband is kind to everyone he meets, and they took advantage of that. Disgraceful.

Terrible customer service. Salespeople do not go over benefits with you. Try and get you to buy without providing a service. Never ever again will I buy a car from Brown. Big mistake.
