You won't be disappointed! Excellent customer service and the accommodations are very professional.
Great service! Very convenient and prompt. My rides have all been great and a very friendly driver. Always impressed by the cleanliness of the vehicle and always a very positive experience. I definitely recommend A-List for your rides!
Excellent experience! Reliable and professional. Have used A-List several times for client executive transportation. Never an issue and always timely. Highly recommend for any courier service needs.
By far the best car service I ever used! Professorial on time, comfortable transportation, safe driver and good conversation. We will alway use A-List Transportation when visiting Charlotte NC. On our trip back to the airport, our flight was delayed, so I called the company 5 minutes before arrive and ask if our pickup could be delayed 1 hour. I could not believe how accommodating they were. Lastly this company out all others I called for quotes return my call right away, had the best offer with service to match. A++++++ all the way 100%. Thanks AList Transportation and especially our driver Justin!
Love love love love this company. Perfect service and friendly staff. We will use their services again.
Superior customer service. Very reliable and time efficient. Contact A-List Transportation of Charlotte for your travel needs in the Queen City.
Great!! Professional and on time!! I use his services frequently. He is always there when I need him and knowledgeable about Charlotte and surrounding areas.
A referral from a local regular customer spurred the contact. A phone reservation with the company was agreed upon for a specific amount. We called back when we needed to add one more passenger to the ride. The rep said there was no problem and the rate would be the same...$478.Fast forward: Plane landed in Charlotte and a quick call said the car would arrive shortly. Very true....the driver arrived within 15 minutes of landing. All seemed well. Our party found the driver exactly where he said he would be and as we loaded everyone into the car with luggage loaded, one of our patty who made the reservation in our group confirmed our rate with the driver before we left. Welll, what do you know?!? Isaac, the driver, then told us the cost would be $150 per person. Absolutely not, we said. The quote was for one price and then changed after we were in the vehicle. Not only is this poor business practice, it is morally wrong to take advantage of people.Rider, beware of this company. We had received a good review, yet our experience was FAR from it.Shame on you, Isaac.
Service deserves no stars. Showed up to transport my wheelchair-bound 70 yo father from CMC-Main to a Ballantyne area rehab facility. Van was 10+ years old, 37° when he was picked up, no heat in the rear. Driver performed the loading & wheelchair securing properly, but with doors open the flow-thru ventilation wasn't welcome. My father instructed the female driver he knew the directions as she started using her smartphone mapping app. He gave her turn by turn directions with plenty of advance warning. Despite this, she continued to drive with 1 hand while using her Gmap App. She was unable to maintain lane integrity and just didn't display any semblance of professionalism (except in loading & securing the wheelchair). There is obviously no training, the company apparently doesn't provide a GPS device which would be dash mounted, not hand-held. No vehicle transporting healthcare patients should be without heat in the winter & AC in the summer. For this van to be in use by a PVH approved company doesn't say anything good about the city's process, vetting or staff.
