They were advertising a sale when you purchase 2 items (speaker & headphones), but wouldn't honor the sale. I was told they he printed the flyer incorrectly so nothing could be done. I've called relentlessly, but no manager will ever get on the phone - nor will he return a call.
I have ordered sim card from T-mobile website and it the SIM card was damaged. I discussed with the customer care representative and he told me that there will not be any fees/charges for replacement of SIM card. I went this shop but the shop guy was horrible and demanding me for fees of $15 dollar. He is not listening to me at all and only demanding me for the money. He was very rude and impatience. This was a very horrible experience. I went to north charlotte and withing 5 mins i get the new sim card without any fess.

WE CAN NOT ACTIVATE THESE PHONES WITH PAGEPLUS AND COMPANY REFUSES TO HELP US OUT OR TO REIMBURSE IN ANY WAY OR FLASH IT BACK. WATCH OUT IF THEY STATE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT BRANDNEW VERIZON CERTIFIED BECAUSE IS A SCAM. PHONE IS NEW BUT WITH TEMPERED LABEL AND DIFFERENT ESN THAT PAGEPLUS DOES NOT WANT TO ACTIVATE ON THEIR NETWORK. I HAD GOOD RELATION WITH THIS COMPANY BUT AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THEIR ACT. Bought the latest Samsung phone. A Karrina chick informed me that you can't use any other chargers with the phone except a Samsung phone. She then KNOWINGLY sold me a charger that was a Samsung Cord but an Apple iPhone head. This is a big NO. This can cause damage to any phone. It has to be both a Samsung cord and head. Im not familiar with how Apple phone chargers look, so I did not know until a few co-workers told me by how it looked and how slow it was charging. I called Samsung's 1800# & asked them, and they confirmed that it is in fact the incorrect charger and it can definitely ruin a phone. I explained this to Elite, yet all they cared about was the money. She wouldn't even admit to her mistake, nor would she even apologize for selling me the wrong charger for my phone. Extremely cold hearted and ruthless. Wouldn't give me a refund because it was past the 7day policy, EVEN THOUGH it was her fault and she told me the wrong information JUST to get a $15 sale! I told her what steps I was going to take, but no f*&^ were given. Apparently they don't care about the business reputation AT ALL. As long as they take advantage of you and try to pull one over on you, they will. They think they can get away with bad customer service because they're privately owned, so they will try to pull a fast one on you.Be careful going to Elite. They don't value customers, your opinions, your feelings, your customer service. All they care about is the money and could care less about their customers. As paying customers, we deserve better. We deserve to be treated with respect. We deserve to give a business our money that wants our business.
I just called for general info. On the iPhone 6+ and the clerk couldn't answer my most basic questions on the difference in the 6 and the 6+ iPhones and why there will be a discount on Black Friday on the iPhone 6 but not the 6+. I asked why not the 6+ and he said he didn't know. I asked to speak to the manager or someone who might know more. He states"0 "there is only one other person working right now and he was busy". I then told him I would call another Verizon store who might be more interested in speaking to me and possibly selling me a phone. End of story.
COMPANY SELLS SCRATCHED PHONES AND REFURBISHED PHONES AS A STOCK. THEY ALSO ADVERTISE THAT WARRANTY EXCHANGES TAKE 2 WEEKS AND THEY KEEP THE DEVICES FOR OVER A MONTH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

If I could give this place a Zero, I would. The worst experience ever! I chose this store because it was located in the same building my office is. How much more convenient could it be? About 2 months ago, I paid the deposit to get my Nokia 920 glass replaced (yes, SmartPhone MD, you know who I am - I am THE Nokia 920). My original glass had a small crack in the corner, and I figured since I had another year on my plan with this phone, I'd go ahead and get it fixed. I had no other problems with my phone. It worked fine, just a small crack in the corner.So, I was told they would order the screen. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. So, I swing by and they say, "Oh, yeah, that is here. No one called you?" Um, no. This is a Friday. They say it will take a couple of hours, so I leave my phone. Pick it up just before leaving work on Friday, and it's working a little weird. I chalk it up to the phone being almost dead, thinking it will be fine once I charge it. Got home from work at 7p, phone stops working. The phone will ring, get text messages but I can't swipe the glass to get it to unlock to read texts or answer calls. Since they close at 7 and are not opened on weekends, I have to wait until Monday morning to have it looked at (2.5 days no phone at all - did I mention I also have an in-home business and can't respond to any messages regarding that business during these days). Monday, I take the phone in, and they keep it all day trying to figure out what is wrong with it. They say, "oh, this glass must be defective. We will try others." They couldn't get it to work so they gave me a "temporary" glass screen until another one came in from a different manufacturer. The "temporary" glass is completely shattered over half of the screen! My original glass had one crack in the corner! But, I thought to myself, "it's temporary."They ordered another glass and that one didn't work either. So, they said, "we have to order a new component. We'll call you when it comes in."So I wait..... and wait .... 2 weeks go by, I have heard nothing. So, I go there today, asking about the new component.... IT WAS NEVER ORDERED!!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? Now, let's recap. almost two months have gone by, I'm out $110 and have a screen 10 times worse than the original!??! They end up refunding me my money, telling me they will, this time, order the replacement component and I can come in when it arrives, and they will only charge me $110 instead of $139. Yeah, that's just what I'm gonna do.UNLESS YOU HAVE AN IPHONE, DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS. The reason I say Iphone is because the entire wall is covered in replaced parts of Iphones. Maybe they know how to fix those ... they sure don't know anything about Nokia 920s.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and now I am stuck with a phone that looks like a frankenstein phone!
