Here's the deal - I purchased a 2018 CLA 250 in December 2017. Between December and January, my 2018 CLA 250 has been in the shop FOUR (4) times. Fast forward to today (Wednesday May 30, 2018) - when I walked outside this morning (around 830a), I found that my car had been vandalized. My passenger side window was broken out and I have damage to my rear bumper. Immediately, I filed a police report then initiated an insurance claim. All of the previous was done by 10a.Firstly, I called Mbrace at 10:11a to request a towing service to come tow the car to Hendrick Collision on Independence Blvd. Because the Mbrace representative gave the towing company the wrong address and cell number, it took till 4:45p for the towing company to arrive at my home to pick up the vehicle, and tow it away. By the way, I've missed a day of work at this point. Ludacris. Secondly, I asked for a loaner vehicle. I keep being told by Mbrace, Hendrick Collision, as well as ALL Hendrick dealerships that I am unable to have a loaner due to my car not being "serviced." Now, although this does not involve engine or service related issues, my care is still being serviced for repairs. However, to ONLY have the choice of alternate transportation being a rental agreement w/ Enterprise because they are onsite, and contracts out w/ Hendrick Collision is ridiculous. Bottom line is - there is still a tie to me w/ the repairing of the car just as there is with the Enterprise rental agreement. By this point, I am blacking out from anger. Let's not forget Ms. Candice Allen telling me, "we can't give you a loaner. we don't have any loaners available, anyway. And, we certainly can't change a policy or make a loaner for you." Silly rabbit.
We bought a car from this business, we test drove it and everything and bought it as is; however when we got home, the car wouldn't start the next day! We end up putting more money into this car than what we paid for it , smh, these people are professional con artist. This experience left us in debt with still no car to drive. Buyer be aware!

I was very impressed about how professional EZ Auto was. I explained to the sales rep, the make model, price and equipment, I was willing to pay. She found the vehicle within an hour I wanted. There was no extra fees and the price remained the same. The entire transaction was quick and easy. I will buy my next car from them again.
Honest staff! They're entirely up front about everything and went above and beyond to help. Mike and Travis helped us and they're both genuinely great people. We're from out of state and we'll be back. Honestly I don't know how they do it regardless of your credit they will get you financed with No Credit Required. This place is awesome a lot of nice cars and very good prices.

This is the old dealership the new one is in Gastonia wonder why it was moved 🤔.Maybe because of bad business.Please beware these guys will sale you a lemon.

EZ Auto Finance was the easiest car buying experience EVER! From the moment I made up my mind what I wanted to purchase, it literally took less than 10 minutes to buy my car (including financing).
