This place was great a year ago! Most the coolest employees who have helped me are disappearing? And the service is just getting worse and worse. What happened?
Great people! The Manager is completely awesome! He gave us such a great deal. I really love this place and would never shop elsewhere! After shopping I came to give a review and seen the others. I'm just saying those reviews are totally not true! Give them a try! They are completely worth it!!
Went to look at bed mattress and box spring. Also went to RTG. Fount similar items with power raise head, foot and message at both but priced at beween $500.00 and $1000.00 I higher. Sorry but RTG won this time.
cool place so many fabrics. The interior designers were nice as well.Location was an ok place. I would return for a project for certain.
I have been waiting for my chairs for one year. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and still no chairs . I cannot get a response with my emails or correspondents. This is not a reputable company.
The Owner Mark is a very vile, rude and disrespectful person. I don't think there is a single honest bone in his body. He is very shady, he will offer to take the taxes off and give you huge discounts on absolutely cheap and useless furniture. Do not waste your time or money. If I could give 0 start I would.
I have purchased all of my furniture for the past 15+ years from Value City. I have also purchased the warranties because I was told by the sales people that it covered EVERYTHING for 7 years. Luckily I have never had to use the warranty. However... After moving from an apartment to a home this month (2 years into my 7 year warranty) and noticing that the back of one side of my sofa was slouching and possibly has some frame damage - I called to set up an appointment to repair and was informed that the warranty - that covers EVERYTHING for 7 years - does NOT cover damage from a move. I am not happy about this. I am in need of additional furniture and if I decide to go back to Value City to make my purchase - I certainly will NOT waste my money on a warranty.
I would not recommend Ashley to anyone. This has been a nightmare! I had delivery dates changed 3-4 times since my purchase 3 weeks ago. They would not take away my old mattress as the sales receipt clearly stated they would and I had to beg the reluctant delivery guys. I went in for a refund and the store manager was very unprofessional and mumbled "what changed, what changed" instead of offering some professionalism that would have saved his sales with me. I cancelled the entire order of a bed and sofa because of the run around and lack of efficient communication to the customer that this store/company showed. I am still waiting for my refund 5 days later. I guess it will be a battle fighting for my money back they so freely took since it has been a struggle with the entire delivery process from the get go. Friends of mine have had Ashley furniture before and just beware the leather does flake and peel and they will not fix it even with a warranty. They are scammers. Take your business elsewhere. La-Z-Boy (or others) have free guarantees and friendly service and better promotions. Try somewhere where your money matters and quality is better.
I will NOT be buying furniture from this store ever again and I use to like this store. The customer service is horrible and they don't honor the warranty of the products that they sell. I bought a livingroom set from them a few months ago and I also bought the extended warranty. I bought the warranty because the sales person said that it covered the furniture if any thing happens to it they either fix it or replace it. Well the loveseat fabric started beading up and then it started shredding. I never seen furniture do that before. Then the couch started sinking on one side so when i investigated it, i found that the staples that hold two of the frame boards together had came lose. When I called the guy named Milton that sold me the furniture he asked for pictures, so I took a trip to the store and showed him pictures. He sent out some people to look at the furniture. They came, they left, nothing was fixed. Another guy on another day came, left, nothing was fixed. Milton then called me and said to call a the extended warranty number and have them fix or replace it, so I did. They said that Kimbrell's is responsible for the furniture the first year. I called Milton back and relayed the message. Milton then said "we (Kinbrell's) are not responsible for nothing. Accidental damage is not covered by Kinbrell's." He then said that he would talk to his manager and call me back. So he blamed me for their raggedy furniture falling apart and shredding. To this day Milton has not called me back and my furniture is still not fixed. The managers won't talk to you because every time I called and asked to speak to a manager , the manager would get on the phone and say to hold on and then connect me with Milton since he sold me the furniture. I give this store a 1 star.
