I've tried to change this review because it posted it to the wrong business. But every time I try to edit and fix it it says I have not written enough words. I tried to write a bad review to a business on Park Road but it posted it to the wrong business. Be careful with these yellow pages !
I cancelled my service and was told that they would credit my account back after they took a payment that was not due. It was not done, instead they are issuing me a check that will take 3 to 4 weeks. They got to use my money and collect interest on it and I have to wait after they told me it would be put back on the same card that it was taken out of within 5 to 9 days. They are a bunch of lairs.
Terrible! Had two in shows within a week! Supervisor failed to call me back as he stated he would do. Paid them a deposit and they can't even get here to install!!!!! Still no internet! Terrible to say the least!!!!
I give the techs that actually come out 5 stars, with that being said every single time I have an issue they say they are sending out a tech then 2 to 6 hours later I get a call from India or where ever they have out sourced their tech support an they are useless, this last time I just told the guy to send the tech, he continued to try to argue with me. Finally I told him send the tech or disconnect my service and I hung up.
Another terrible day trying to get the Internet working. After the regular hour call with a representative trying to insist on the need for a service call, one is scheduled. Five days later when I called concerning the time of the arrival of the technicians, I am told that everything is pending and they will arrive one day. POOR SERVICE, INTERRUPTED SERVICE, PAYING FOR MORE SERVICE THAN OUR AREA PROVIDES.
Absolutely the WORST telephone service in the world. Frontier has kept my billing information incorrect and refused to change it even after I provided them with proof of payment. Customer service is a joke. They don't seem to know how to correct anything and some of them are rude. My land line no longer works. I have done more online chats than I can count with no results. I am keeping my 10-year-old granddaughter while my son, who has full custody, works. My granddaughter has epilepsy. One day while she was here, she had a grand mal seizure. I glanced at the clock when it began because after five minutes, you are supposed to call 911. The seizure lasted six minutes and I had no way to call her father or 911. I am looking for another telephone service provider, of course, but that is a real headache for me because I live in a small mountain town where not much is available. DO NOT use Frontier!

We have been contacting Best Buy from earlier this afternoon trying to find a resolution to the damaged TV we bought last night but only got frustrated answered from their employees. We bought a Samsung 55" 4k TV from local Best Buy store (#1767) in Charlotte, NC last night at 8:49 PM. When we got home and took the TV out of its box, we found a cracked screen, it is at the bottom of the screen and at first we thought it is the plastic wrap but then I realized there is no plastic wrap on top of the screen, so obviously it is a crack. I brought the TV back right after I got off work today around 3 PM and wanted an exchange. But the store manager said they could not offer an exchange because it was inspected by their inspector before we left the store last night. BUT as we remembered, the inspector opened the TV box but did not even take the wrapping paper off to inspect the TV, it was nearly close time last night, it took him less than 10 seconds to look at the TV, besides, we were not asked to inspect the TV ourselves. The crack is at the bottom of the screen, the inspector did not see it and let us take it home. When I took the TV back this afternoon, the internal crack already spreads to the top. The store manager said they could only offer a $599 credit back to us and we have to pay over $300 for the damage. We trusted the inspector and the store so we thought it is a good TV, even after we found the cracked screen last night, we did not take pictures as evidence because we trusted the store would take it back. We did not expect the store staff would question us, use our trustfulness against us and let us take the responsibility for their fault.
The customer service was horrible this is my first ever experience with an Apple product.....definitely my last...wouldn't replace or fix my phone.....but was happy to give me a 200.00 upgrade!!! Never again!!
You gotta go here to get a loan. Nicest people. Got my rent/car payment in 5 mins. Saved the day. No hassle and smilin' faces.
