I agree with the review from buckhead...one of the nicest and easiest rentals I've ever done. I use this agency about once a month and have NEVER had any issues, other than the fact that they can get VERY busy and only have two agents working in the small office. Last year, after getting the shuttle to the airport, I realized that I had left my cell phone in the car I had just returned. Caught the return shuttle back to the office and was told that the phone had been turned into the manager's office, but he had already left for the day. Fortunately, the agent on duty used her phone to call my cell and by listening for the ring, we were able to locate the phone in the unlocked office (in a drawer), I got back on the shuttle and actually caught my flight on time. Amazing service!
We were blown away by New Beginnings and the AMAZING team of men that helped us move! Mr. Blair, the owner, whom we spoke with prior to committing, was very professional and really and truly cared about the quality of work that his men and company represent. We had 3 men help us on moving day. They were prompt (early actually) and efficient. They were careful with all of our items and did everything they could to safely transfer our furniture. Nothing was broken/damaged and all items were just as carefully moved in as they were out at our new home. This was the first time we had ever hired movers, but we will recommend New Beginnings to everyone from here on out! Thank you to Mr. Blair and your team for making our moving experience positive!!
Was staying in Salibury for the weekend to attend my family reunion. I notice that something wss leaking from the tental. I called the emegency number to try to get assistance, but there was no one local to assist me, which meant I would have to wait 90 mins for a tow an ride back to Charlotte 33 miles away in my party attire and miss the event that I flew out for. I had to hitch a ride to the party, iI spent alot of money to attend my family reunion and it was inconvenient. My flight was the nex morning at 630 and to go back to Charlotte was not happening.The staff at the airport have terrible customer service skills. Thankfully I was able to get the vehiclle bsck and make my flight on time.
I was arriving in town via train for a lately arranged business meeting. I called the office 30 minutes out to arrange/confirm pickup. The local agent was a little slow getting to the train station but quickly redeemed themselves by getting into my car expeditiously. I inform them that I was making the final leg of my business down to Spartanburg, SC and would be arriving back needing another ride back to the train station for my return home. When I arrived, I was immediately recognized, they came out (in the rain) checked vehicle, and got me back over to the train station with time to spare. Making the kid a very, very happy camper! First class all the way!
Highly recommend using this Enterprise! The experience from start to finish was one of the best overall interactions. We felt like we were treated with respect and honesty unlike another car rental company we used in the past. When we arrived our check in was very quick and easy. We were upgraded to an amazing car that we loved. The drop off was just as quick and easy. I allowed about an hour for drop off because it took over an hour to return a car to a previous different car rental place. I walked away very glad that I used Enterprise and will definitely use ONLY Enterprise in the future. Way to make a new customer for life!!
After renting a car from another company I was angry. I went back to the airport in Charlotte NC, and rented from Enterprise. At first it was flushstrating because I did not have enough money in my card for my complete stay in NC. Due to me being ripped of from another rental place. How ever Enterprise was put my worries at ease they told me I could rent the vehicle for a week and extend it when my week was up. NOT only that they kept the original contract offer. I tell you this company is awesome and I will from now on rent from Enterprise
I recently rented from Douglas Airport in Charlotte. It was very busy and they were out of the car I had reserved. They apologized for that and said they would upgrade me, which they did. Then they said because of the inconvenience, when I returned the car to the Greensboro airport to not fill the car, they will take care of the gas. Because of the length of the trip, I used the entire tank, and they said not a problem. Everything was great. I use Enterprise all the time and have never had a bad experience. Ray S.
My experience with this location was very good. The rep was watching for approaching customers and came out of the office to meet me. Walked me down the selection of car and pointed out the ones in the class I had reserved. The total process from my arrival to driving away was less than 5 minutes. When I returned the car a rep was waiting and had the car check in and my receipt printed before I got my coat on. Overall excellent experience, friendly attentive people and well maintained fleet.
I was running very late in catching my plane and knew that returning my rental car could cause me to miss it. I pulled up and explained that i was running really late and that i didn't have time to top off the gas. Not only did the return agent tell me to not worry about waiting on them to check in the car, but that he would discount me on the gas that it would take to top off the tank. I made my flight with 5 minutes to spare. I will definitely use Enterprise going forward.
One of the nicest group of rental agents and staff I have ever met. The first car I had issues so I changed it and forgot my hat and coat in the first car. I called and went back and one of the car jockeys who helped me when I first got there was so helpful and found my things safe and sound in the back seat of the first car. So nice and respective a person you could ever meet. True "Southern Hospitality" in North Carolina...
