If you need a grandfather, mantle, or specialty clock repaired, call "A Clock On Wheels". Vivi a gentleman who is very knowledgeable. He was very prompt and courteous and did a great job at a fair price. We will definitely call him again if we need our clock serviced or repaired.
I inherited my father's grandfather clock, but had no idea how to care for it. Elaine was wonderful! She came to our house, inspected, cleaned and oiled the mechanisms. She taught me how to care and make any time adjustments if needed. I highly recommend Elaine at Lentz Clock Repair!

Terrible service at Cellphone center. Very slow process and technicians lack knowledge. It is been 1 hour and 15 minutes they are able to activate only one phone. I am 6th person and it has a pretty big queue for iPhone.

Service for my Grandfather clock was timely, professional and efficient. I am totally satisfied with his response, fee and service. Was needing to have one of the pulleys/chains reapplied to the sprocket for the weight and movement. Did a great job.
Whoever made both Jazzman and Rodney managers made a HUGE mistake. Both of them are TERRIBLE role models and are in need of serious training, as soon as possible. I see why so many of the employees at this store are so uneducated and lack manners and common sense. I went to this store once and I don't plan to ever go back the service was that TERRIBLE!!!

Racism begets racism! Today I was shopping at Walmart and when I went to check out, the cashier did not say hello or greet me in any way whatsoever. I did notice that Emina her name said hello to the "Black" customer in front of me as well as gave a greeting to the "Black" customer behind me. I will not walk in her line again and 90% of the staff at that time were all Afro-American to be politically correct. Therefore I was apprehensive of complaining. Maybe her 300lbs of overweight hinders her good judgment, regardless customer service at this store gets a big FAT "D" btw I am not white fyi
My parents just moved into a retirement community and their grandfather clock made the move with them. No matter what I tried I could not get it to work. I had no idea what to do and I was afraid to call just anyone. I read reviews and called Elaine Lentz. I was so happy that I did! She cleaned and oiled my father's clock and was extremely nice and professional. My parents are so pleased that their clock is running perfectly! I will call her anytime I need clock assistance in the future and feel confident in doing so!
