Terrible! Had two in shows within a week! Supervisor failed to call me back as he stated he would do. Paid them a deposit and they can't even get here to install!!!!! Still no internet! Terrible to say the least!!!!
I previously owned a Ghost Bed, which was too firm. I would wake up with an aching back and shoulders after tossing and turning all night. After purchasing my Solace Bed, I got the most comfortable night's sleep I'd ever had. It gives the support I need, while being very comforting. I love the way it cradles my body, while still feeling supported with no pressure points. I would highly recommend this bed to everyone. It truly gives you solace.Jan R.
Another terrible day trying to get the Internet working. After the regular hour call with a representative trying to insist on the need for a service call, one is scheduled. Five days later when I called concerning the time of the arrival of the technicians, I am told that everything is pending and they will arrive one day. POOR SERVICE, INTERRUPTED SERVICE, PAYING FOR MORE SERVICE THAN OUR AREA PROVIDES.
Absolutely the WORST telephone service in the world. Frontier has kept my billing information incorrect and refused to change it even after I provided them with proof of payment. Customer service is a joke. They don't seem to know how to correct anything and some of them are rude. My land line no longer works. I have done more online chats than I can count with no results. I am keeping my 10-year-old granddaughter while my son, who has full custody, works. My granddaughter has epilepsy. One day while she was here, she had a grand mal seizure. I glanced at the clock when it began because after five minutes, you are supposed to call 911. The seizure lasted six minutes and I had no way to call her father or 911. I am looking for another telephone service provider, of course, but that is a real headache for me because I live in a small mountain town where not much is available. DO NOT use Frontier!
Saying I hate this company is mildly putting it! they deserve NEGATIVE STARS!! I was forced to give one to write this...UGH!They have the worst customer service...hold times as insane. They never charge your bill correctly and just suck all around. I have to say I wouldn't have TWC if it was free! If you have ANY issue that requires calling in...OH FU$K! Be ready to be on hold from 40 minutes to an hour! No fail....then you will get transferred around and have BS attitudes to deal with. I am so happy to be back with ATT for Net and Cable! I despise TWC! I was with them for net requirements for my job and after ordering my problems started! It was a nightmare! No service 2 days after install speeds wrong! Then when after 5 techs came to my house holding me hostage over a 2 week period...Some TWC idiot who was burying the line cut my CABLE LINE FOR ATT!!! Then it was a Oh my bad phrase.I just am glad after moving a few weeks later I was able to get better speeds with ATT and I gave TWC the bums rush! SCREW THEM and they billed me for 2 full moths+ and I only had services for less then 3 weeks 1 and a half with no net! Needless to say when I called them and got off hold an hour I went completely postal. The correct bill was $37.37. They promised and email confirmation and of course none but they called everyday like a stalker to get the modem only a few days after I cancelled them. They are the worst. Never sent return instructions or email messages as to drop offs or return labels. They don't give a crap about customers or saving customers! I hate this company! Period. Dont join them save time and headaches...trust me!
