I had an initial consultation followed by a sleep study and then a follow up appointment to hear the results of the study. I was told that a cpap machine was recommended and that someone on their staff would send my info to an appropriate supplier of cpap machines and that they would contact me directly. It has been 13 business days since and I have heard nothing. To make it really aggravating United Sleep Medicine will not return my calls. Really exasperated at the lack of common courtesy!!
I was shocked they do not take BCBS. I will look for another sleep center in south Charlotte.
Very professional staff from the scheduler to the sleep techs. Would recommend for any sleep trouble you have.
