We were blown away by New Beginnings and the AMAZING team of men that helped us move! Mr. Blair, the owner, whom we spoke with prior to committing, was very professional and really and truly cared about the quality of work that his men and company represent. We had 3 men help us on moving day. They were prompt (early actually) and efficient. They were careful with all of our items and did everything they could to safely transfer our furniture. Nothing was broken/damaged and all items were just as carefully moved in as they were out at our new home. This was the first time we had ever hired movers, but we will recommend New Beginnings to everyone from here on out! Thank you to Mr. Blair and your team for making our moving experience positive!!
Hired this company to move my one bedroom apartment at 4pm on Friday. I waited for the movers to arrive for several hours. The movers never showed up. I was told that a job was taking longer than expected and that they "promised" they would be out that night. 6 hours later, I was asked if it would be ok if they came at 7am the next morning. In my opinion, my interaction with this company has been very unpleasant. The lack of punctuality and professionalism has lead me to leave this review to warn others that are looking for someone reliable, because this has been a disaster!

New Beginnings is THE BEST! I will never use another moving company. Every time I have needed them, it has been a last minute situation, and they have come next day, no questions asked. They are so friendly, so professional, and so good at what they do. Thank you for making my life easier!
Worst place I ever dealt with
HORRIBLE! DON’T USE! They ruined my furniture & won’t return any of my calls! First conversation w/ Harry, the owner, I asked if he was bonded and insured. He said Yes. They showed up at 9:30 a.m., an hour late & didn’t finish until 2:30 a.m.! Brought a truck WAY too small & had to take two trips at $95/hr. Damaged so many things, forced my couch down stairs and damaged the wall and entire backside of my sectional, need it reupholstered. My chair had black spots on it the size of my fist. We have expensive high-end furniture and our entertainment unit, my desk, my husband’s desk, coffee table, kitchen table, bookcase and Pulaski bedroom set all have gashes and large scratches. A large scroll on bedframe broke off. I told him I would forget about all the other damaged items if he would find the scroll. He said he would. That never happened. They were going to leave w/o putting our sectional & bed together, & w/o putting our front door back on! Harry will not return any voice mails I've left. He answered the phone when I called from a different number, told him I want my furniture repaired and he told me he was in the hospital and would call me in a few days when he got out. Never called. Left a total of 12 voicemails with no response.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work and remolding that has been done in the last couple of years it shows & that new Manager that I asked how long she had been in this business has all the knowledge in the world stated I have been in the storage business for 12yrs. I love meeting new people.
