I have lived in 4 major US cities. I’m over 70 years old. I can truly say these ladies are among the best in the country. They offer an atmosphere that is conducive to relaxation and send you out the door looking considerably better than when you walk in! I have also taken two friends in to get new updated looks. Just love them.

Don't bother wasting your time at this place. Diana (very racist) is the worst hair dresser ever, lacks customer service and you can tell that cutting hair is not her thing. Absolutely unprofessional and just can't be bothered. I had to ask her numerous times to fix my hair and she just couldn't be bothered, after coming home I still had uneven length of hair and was not properly blended. I used to be a regular customer until I had an encounter with her. I made a formal complaint with Great Clips but no one followed up. I will no longer go to Great Clips after this experience. Will also make sure my friends and family don't bother going here.

BALD SPOT IN CROWN!!! I would not recommend Jonathan Stewart for any weave services. My experience was horrifying when I had to remove my sew-in after only 10 days due to the soreness in my scalp. Upon removal of my install my hair began coming out in clumps around my crown. My hair continued to come out days after the removal, resulting in a soft ball sized bald spot in my crown. He was very unsympathetic and suggested it was my fault my hair fell out. I am natural, have thick full hair, and have never had an issue when I’ve gotten braids installed. However, his braider, braided my crown entirely too tight. In which, I advised him of this at the time of service, and he just advised me to take some Ibuprofen. My dermatologist confirmed this was traction alopecia due to trauma from the tight braid. Jonathan was extremely unprofessional & discourteous in the way he handled this situation. I would not recommend his services.
I love your hair I've had this same hair since February 2014 no joke 18,20,and 22 inch bundles it was 500.00 but it is worth every penny it's almost a year later and I'm still wearing the hair! I've wore it for about 6 months total last year. It does shead at first but I have no tangles I wash it once a week I still have my curl pattern .
Went in to get a spiral perm and came out with a frizzy mess. and hardly any curl. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM STEVE. He has no idea what he is doing. The 1st spiral perm I got there was perfect. I will NEVER go back there. He doesn't need to be doing hair.
Crystal Bella did my hair in July 2014. I found an ad that she was running on her website for a $120 sew-in so I scheduled an appointment for the following week. I received a confirmation email that same night with the price of $120. The email stated that no appointments were guaranteed without verbal or text confirmation. I didn't really understand the purpose of a verbal confirmation since I was already receiving a confirmation but whatever. I sent a text message to the phone number supplied in the email. In my message, I stated that I had just scheduled an appointment and wanted to make sure I was requesting the appropriate service. I received a response saying that simply said "yes". The day before my appointment, I received another confirmation email and I sent her another text message but never received a response. The next morning I realized that I had no address for the salon so I attempted to call Crystal Bella several times with no answer. I finally found another phone number for her and called that number. She answered and was slightly rude because she thought that I had just scheduled the appointment. I told her that I scheduled the appointment a week ago and asked if we needed to reschedule. She said no, then she told me to bring $180 cash and she would text me the address. I told her about the price that I booked and she said that she wasn't running any specials but she might could do it for $160...this annoyed me and I really should have just found someone else to do my hair at this point! But I was leaving that evening for vacation and didn't have a lot of options. When I got to the address that Crystal Bella gave me, it was an apartment where her kids were sleeping. I felt that she rushed through my hair, but not before talking junk about the "cheap" choice of hair that I purchased. My hair was lumpy and not styled when I left! She actually tried to send me out without trimming or curling it! I ended up paying her $160 even though I showed her both emails and the text message that she sent me confirming the price! I felt hustled!!! I'll never go back because hair appointments should be relaxing and stress free!
She is Backkkkkk , I'm so happy my Stylist is Back in Queen City Permanent !! It was torture for me trying to find Stylist to service me when she was gone . I love my hair doo Bella!!!
Let me say, for anyone who is looking to get a full sew in, Crystal Bella is the place to go to. Crystal did my hair and she did a FABULOUS job!!!! I live in New York and flew to Charlotte for one day specifically to have Crystal do my hair, and she was well worth the trip. My sew in looks natural and I love the hair and lace closure that I purchased from Crystal...She have great quality hair.!I would highly recommend anyone to go to Crystal Bella studio and have her so your hair!Brandi
