The WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Total scam!!!!! Stay away from this stupid Gordon or Charles whatever his name is. A MONTH ago he took our full payment of $437.00 and gave promises. The pump should have been sent to us via FedEx in two days , we never received it. Then he said it was combined with another orders and sent to him instead. And other BS for a month!!!! Rip off. Horrible company. Please stay away.
If 0 stars was an option that is how Hot Tub Doctors Group should be rated. This is a scam organization. They look to take up front money and then never follow up.
Con Man!! Stay away! Has active warrants out for his arrest in North Carolina. Gordon Charles Smith, a felon, 3 years in prison for taking property under false pretenses (hot tub deposit scam). Hopefully, someone will read this and avoid the trouble....
Rip off artists! Identified bad control board, took payment, and I've spent 6 weeks trying to get them to complete repairs! Out $600 with nothing to show for it! SCAM!
Scam artist. After paying $500 for a pump he's been stringing me along for months with false promises.
This man is a one man show- convicted felon! Google him. GORDON CHARLES SMITH HAS ALIASES- CHARLES ROSSEN WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. STOLE 600.00 FROM US HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS FROM OTHERS
Scam, don't waste your time or money. Paid them for a pump to get replaced and now they won't answer my calls. See BBB reviews for similar nightmares.
After using 4 different companies they came out and figured out what was wrong and what caused it! Wonderful Company!
As a first year lifeguard, they have really made me feel welcome! All of the staff I have come in contact with (HR, Management, Trainers) are all intelligible, helpful, and friendly. Anyone considering working for them, go for it!
If you are applying for a pool management position and expecting more than 12 dollars an hour which everyone should be. Then you're going to be deeply disappointed. I'm writing this review because there are no reviews at all on here and would have saved me time from going to 2 interviews. They were really nice and professional and I liked the guys I talked to, but they are in a tough position from what they told me. Is that the neighborhood pools decide the pay and that's why they pay less. Also, you have to pay a couple hundred bucks out of your own pocket to get training for a manager. I have actually worked at the YMCA, simply as a lifeguard and got as much pay as 11 dollars an hour. So are you trying to tell me that managing a pool by yourself is the same as sitting in a chair being a lifeguard with no responsibility. It's absolutely absurd. Don't waste your time.
