I DECLARE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE TAKE ANY PERSON TO THIS HOSPITAL!. THE EXPERIENCES THAT I HAD WHEN I TOOK MY HUSBAND, WAS THE WORST!! THE STAFF PROFESSIONALISM IS DESPECIABLE!!.. LACK OF ATTENTION, CARE, NO FILTERS ON THEIR MOUTH!.. ABSOLUTELY NO BEDSIDE MANNERS AT ALL! IT WOULD TAKE FAR TO LONG FOR ME TO GET INTO THE DETAILS, BUT WE WERE SO DISGUSTED! THAT WE DISCHARGED, AND THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN AND OPTION!!.…I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT SOLMARIA WHICH WAS A RN THAT ATTENDED TO HIM VERY BRIEFLY.. DOESN'T SEEM THAT SHE SHOULD BE WORKING IN THAT ENVIRONMENT.. SHE WAS REALLY KIND AND ATTENTIVE.. THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT!!!
Docs are OK. Tech positioned me poorly and left me unattended and in pain during a extended test. Nursing was about average, some very good, some mediocre. The worst was food service. I'm diabetic and on chemo but apparently they think I'm alternately carbo loading and fasting. Due to tests I've only had Graham crackers and a soggy sandwich each morning. Last night they forgot to bring dinner. I inquired and got a plate of rice and ice cold smothered chicken. Today lunch was pasta with a little meat sauce, sweet tea, dessert. They included a green salad which I'm not allowed under the infection prevention protocol of chemo. I've only had one serving of cooked vegetable in 2 days and no wholegrain anything. So guess what? Constipated. Only hospital I know where you get no choices for food. - Hungry on 3rd floor

Worst hospital EVER. STAFF IS TOO BUSY STANDING AROUND THE WATER COOLER TO BE BOTHERED BY JOBS. NURSES ARE RUDE, FORGET ABOUT ANYTHING YOU NEED. .....YOU WILL NEVER GET IT.....DR'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND EVER. EVER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Very unprofessional and incompetent personnel including residents, doctors and nurses.First hand experience: I was released from emergency prematurely without proper medical evaluation or care, only to pass out in their emergency parking lot to be re-admitted for a 2 day stay in a semi-conscious state. The convulsion resulted in damage to my face and the loss of 4 teeth (broken off by the fall). They deny any responsibility. They will not compensate nor treat the physical damage they are responsible for. And, they are not above falsifying information to avoid liability Presbyterian is part of Novant Health. One should be aware of their practices before considering any medical procedure by an organization involved with Novant Health.
