I have desperately tried to resolve a delivery issue for the past two days before the package I sent is sent back to me. I have called the USPS in Charlotte North Carolina branch (zip code 28204) more than 9 times and FINALLY got someone on the phone this morning. She informed me that my package was being sent back already. I called the USPS 800 number yesterday to try to get some help. The CS rep on the phone repeated the address back to me perfectly. I don't understand why it has been marked as undeliverable twice. He took my number and said he would call me back.This situation could have been avoided if MY PHONE CALLS HAD BEEN ANSWERED! I can see why the reviews of this location are less than 3 stars on multiple websites. Now that the package is being returned to me because I get no help from customer service and no help from the people who actually work in the store I have to refund a product that I sold, due to not only HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, but also to a superiorly awful standard of job performance by USPS.I will not be using USPS for any future shipping or mailing of anything.

This Post Office is great and the people there are always helpful. Carol and Harry I see the most and they are so nice! There is hardly ever a long wait, and the place is clean. Thank you!
My mailman comes from this office and I just thought I owed it to him to write this review. I order packages for work (as well as from amazon) that are often pretty expensive and time sensitive. He once accidentally delivered it to the wrong house and for whatever reason my neighbor didn't think to give it to me until I walked over and asked finally. I called to complain (before I knew my neighbors had it) and he went above and beyond what he needed too to make the situation right, even to the point of offering to pay if I didn't get it back ($200 package). And now he actually delivers the packages to my door and makes sure I get them. All in all he is the first post man I've ever had who seems to genuinely care about doing a good job, and I hope someone from his office reads this.
Horrible staff in the office, young lady refused to give me her name. And was not very pleasant with releasing information about the change of this offices zipcode. FYI it is now 28210 DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! UNACCEPTABLE. People of this nature should never work in any kind of service industry, period.
This store is HUGE, and has many, many varieties of Asian food products, and a little Hispanic food too. Large meat and fish selection, and prices can best those at chain grocery stores. Also very clean. First place I look for any Asian ingredient, including spices, dried foods, frozen foods, produce, and ramen - an entire aisle is dedicated primarily to varieties of ramen.
