The car picked me up on time for my trip as promised.The Driver was friendly and courteous which was very refreshing. The ride was smooth and I felt safe and relaxed. The car was very clean and smelled nice. My driver even gave me a bottle of spring water to take with me. I wasn't expecting such nice jesture. I really enjoyed my ride and would highly recommend Early Bird Transportation to drive you while in Charlotte NC
Months prior to my wedding last Saturday, I reserved your black party bus to take my wedding guests from York, SC to Uptown Charlotte. I intentionally rented the black party bus because of all the amenities provided, and I paid $400 (double the cost of the other buses) to get that specific bus. On the night of my wedding, one of the "corporate shuttles" came to to my wedding venue to pick up my wedding guests. The decommissioned public transit vehicle that was sent did not have nearly enough seats for all of my guests. Unlike the black party bus that we specifically agreed upon, the white corporate shuttle bus did not hold 55 people; it fit about 25 people comfortably, and dozens of my wedding guests had to stand up for the entire ride from York to Uptown. Also, none of the amenities that are included with the black party bus were available with the old corporate shuttle you sent; there was no perimeter seating or music or coolers or lights, etc. When my friend called to resolve these issues with your company, the owner, a man by the name of "Vic," refused to concede to any of our demands, and ended the conversation with expletives directed toward my friend. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed with your company's failure to meet the agreed upon terms. Due to the hassle that my friends and I have been put through over these past few days, we deserve a full refund.
Horrible service! Spoke with the owner (Lee) in regards to a trolley quote and was met with a very hurried attitude. It felt like I was calling a cab company and not a “full service transportation specialist”…
