Good Customer Service

Spoke to the store manager today after several problems on the last two deliveries. The latest problems are not like them at all! We absolutley love this place....pizza is amazing - perfect NY style and wing sauce is one of the best around. Was very pleased when the manager handles all of our isues with professionalism. We will of course be back...!

Not as good as others ""next door""

My family has tried Paventis several times over the past four years and we've been disappointed. Either our order isn't right, or separate appetizers are packed together into one container, or we've left feeling rushed out.

Practically across the street is an Italian pizzeria with always courteous staff and, in our opinions, better NY-style food and pizza. There are others within a mile, too. It's not worth the hassle for us to continue to try Paventis. Again, we've tried them quite a few times, but our latest experience was too disappointing and not worth the price or energy. Won't go again.
