I entered a drawing at the Health and Fitness Expo and won $1,000 off. I went in for a free consultation. Gale who did my consultation was very nice and professional. They let me combine a 10% off sale with my $1,000 off, so I could not pass it up. I had surgery last Monday. I waited about an hour to go back, but Genesis let us know the doctor was running a bit behind up front. When I got into the room the doctor thoroughly explained each instrument and every single thing he was going to do to me. The entire process lasted maybe 8-10 minutes, and the laser was used for only 15 seconds an eye. The process was completely pain free. I could see 3 hrs after surgery. I have had absolutely no pain or discomfort after surgery. It's been a life changing experience. I would highly recommend The LASIK Vision Institute. Their staff was incredible, and I could not have had a better experience.

I am so amazed!! My vision has improved tremendously!! When my insurance gave me the option to cover contacts or LASIK. I decided to do a consultation, once I qualified as a candidate - I went for it!! Now I never have to pay for glasses or contacts ever again. My vision is 20/15!! I am relieved and happy as can be!! My experience with Lasik Vision was awesome! Every step of the way was explained to me and they triple checked my eyes (even day of surgery). The staff is wonderful and put me at ease every time I have gone into the office. I wanted the best for my eyes and I got it !! Thank you Dr C and staff !!!

My husband was scheduled for his LASIK in February and the day before his procedure, he was called to say that the surgeon wanted a glaucoma evaluation. So they set it up and he went to that, at a cost of almost $200 to us. That doctor suggested PRK but the staff reassured us that the surgeon said that he would still do LASIK. I scheduled my own LASIK for 3/9/13, which went fine. My husband had his scheduled for 3/22/13. On our way up to Charlotte from our home two hours away, they called him and said that the surgeon wanted to do PRK after all and could he take a week off of work? Well, not much choice in that, is there? So he said ok and had the procedure. He was told the next morning that he would be ok in about a week and should be able to return to work. He wasn't able to return to work until close to a month later. He still has some double vision, but it's getting slowly better. My advice would be to research the procedures and the company you choose to do the procedures. We've definitely been frustrated dealing with the time out of work, especially when we weren't prepared for it.

In searching for a place to have surgery I wanted somewhere with experience - when I walked in they were very busy. They did a very thorough eye exam and I scheduled for surgery, today was my first day without glasses and I am seeing 20/15!!! Best money I have ever spent!! Thank you!!
