I ordered tires from this location 9/26. They told me they would call me in about 3-4 days. 1 week later I call in and they say they are having a system issue and all phones are ringing to the bakery and that they can't transfer me to the tire department. I call back the next day, yes my tires are in. They don't do appointments so just show up. I go in and it is a guy who says he usually works in the back not the front desk so he tries to pull up my order 10 minutes go by and he goes and asks someone else then comes back quickly and says oh yeah the order has been paid for so that's why it didn't come up in the system. I told him twice it was paid for and asked what is taking so long I just want the tires put on. 20 minutes go by and he says oh....yeah I just had to print out the thing at the beginning that printed 20 minutes ago. Sign here. It will be 45 mins to get the tires put on. (I only had an hour lunch break and was supposed to take 35 mins so by now I am over the 1 hour mark so had to come back). Next day (today) I come back and their computer system is shut down. I said the computer has nothing to do with putting the tires on my car. "Well.....we can't do it today because I have to show in the system that you came and got them and that we put them on or that you didn't already come before." My tires are sitting in the back just go put them on and write my info down and update the system when it comes back up.....nope sorry can't do that.....awesome customer service people! Just trying to get tires put on!!! never again!
When we shop at Sam's Cub we like to plan on having a cinnamon pretzel and an ice cream cup as our weekly treat and we spend hundreds of dollars of dollars there on a weekly basis. What is so frustrating is that the cafe is constantly out of pretzels and the ice cream machine, we are told, is not working most of the time. Sometimes it has ben taken apart because it is being cleaned and because the person working at the time doesn't know how to finish the job the machine is down for many hours. When this happens we take our business to another Sam's store that is much further away costing us extra on gas. It would seem to me that the store would hire someone experienced enough in keeping the cafe/store supplied with stock and the machines running properly so that this would not be an ongoing problem.
