Keep calling, demanding payment from someone who does not even work here. Extremely rude, impolite, refuse to stop calling, saying to pay the money due, being called childish. The person starts in even before she knows with whom she is speaking, which is not the person she thinks it is or supposedly owes money. She has violated confidentiality of who ever or what ever business allegedly owes them money.

These people are awful!!! I had to hang up on them every time they called because they were so rude. We had a discrepancy on our bill & I had a case number. They didn't care continued to harass our employees!!!

I agree, I don't like the way they talk. Today is the second time they call even after telling them last week I already told them I paid my balance in full and even gave them the confirmation number and the tone of the conversation seems like I was lying to them. They were given the confirmation number and date of payment, what else do they want? I told them to stop calling me because I have the confirmation email to show as proof that CEENTA acknowledge the receipt of payment from their end through the email. If ever there was an error on their end, that is not my problem anymore.

worst people in the world

MARCO was and will probably be the worst representavive I have ever had contact with. MARCO you are rude, disrespectfull and honestly a discrace to the human race. And pam you are a ignorate person to. You both will do what ever it takes to get your commission. People be aware of these people if they call you hang up. This is defenetly not a businness oriented istitution. I cant imagine how the ceo to your company is. These people withdrew money from my accnt with no authorization. And when I called you can imagine how that went. I dont know much the legal process but I will be contacting an attorney.

VERY RUDE... I was told tha...

I was told that she was calling to collect a debt, she said her name so quickly I didn't hear it. I asked for proof that this was my account. I was stopped at every sentence I tried to reply with continuing condescending and rude comments without providing information or answers to any of the questions I was asking regarding the account. I was hung up on by Ms. Ivey in the middle of a sentence. I called the number back and asked to speak to a manager. I asked who I was previously speaking with and after providing some information got the name Ms. Ivey, I asked for and employee ID or first name, none was supplied. I explained the conversation between myself and Ms. Ivey and started trying to explain the details of my side of this matter. I was told by the manager (Penny Ham) the following This is your account. It doesn't matter if you signed anything you purchased the company its your bill. She refused to remove my cell phone number or stop calling it. She at this time started to become rude and condescending as well and stated that she would review the record but had the very underlying sound of 'no'. She ended the conversation with stating that she guessed I didn't want to resolve this matter. I then contacted AT&T and confirmed that I was not on the account as the responsible party. An AT&T employee confirmed that I am not the responsible party. He sent me and email with this stated and was going to contact Prince and Parker. I feel that I was verbally abused on the phone and pressured to pay on an account that was not mine. I aslo feel that I asked several question that were left unanswered. I responded via email to as directed by Penny Ham. Attached a copy of the email from AT&T proving that this is not my account.

Prince Parker set up a paymnt plan with me on some old medical bills. This made it allot easier to get a handle on these bills. The woman who worked with me was very

polite and helpful.

Nastiest people I have ever dealt with

Girl hung up on me after I asked for a refund on my fee that they charged me for using a credit card. I was told there was a fee but it could be waived. There was ""nothing"" they could do. If the ""conversation is being recorded for quality insurance"", then why not USE it. I KNOW what I was told.

I'd NEVER do business with these people if given a chance.

I had a small medical bill and...

I had a small medical bill and was contacted by Kenny this morning. He was very helpful and allowed me to correct this forgotten bill before it harmed my credit.

This company called me this AM I think I talked with the Prince himself. I answered the phone and he started yelling at me WHY DO YOU KEEP HANGING UP ON US< WHY DO YOU KEEP HANGING UP ON US. This was the first time he contacted me. I thought it was one of these companies that call and tell you to wait for them NOT. You call me you talk, if not I hang up. I looked at my caller ID and this prince called me three times. I did not hear the phone at all. I found out that Comcast was down and phone calls would not go through. I want an apology from them in writing before I do anything with them. That is rude and I will not stand for it. I hope the prince reads these reviews because I will not take a call from them until I get a written apology. I do not know who the represent so I owe nothing

Very unprofessional & no respect for peoples privacy

I got a call from this company and she ask for some one other than me and said she called yesterday for him. I told her about what time that he be home and ask her who she was. She told me it was for an Atm and I said would you like to talk to his wife and she said your not his wife and I said no. What happen to the privacy act to protect people. So I hand the phone to his wife and she ask her if she called cell because she gave it to her to call him. So his wife ask for the phone number and her name she said phone number is 704-841-2424 and my name is Brandy and to have him call me.
I know that all the time that I have had people call here for my husband and when I saw he not home they will not tell me what it is about unless my name is on the account and I have to prove it first. This is the right way for the for the sake of some ones privacy which shows me that this company has no respect for peoples rights at all and the same goes with people phones numbers that they don't even pay. The reason she gave her the cell phone number is because that is the only phone they have. The phone number they are calling is mine!!! I know he behind on some of his bills because he just left the Army after 10 years and has done 3 tours over sea's and they are just saying here until they can get on there feet again. He has been paying his bills, but he just found a job which he was so lucky to find one with the poor economy. You also have the circumstances occur and people find themselves in predicaments out of their controls like the babies get sick and no insurance so all the medicines and other stuff that the children ""CAN NOT GO WITH OUT AT ALL"". It takes time to catch up but you can do that but you can not replace people or children. I do have the right to post this they read it and gave me permission to do so and I am not even a busyness and I have total respect for other peoples rights and privacy.
This is a review is done by some one that doesn't even owe or has owed them a bill. I could could only pray that I never have to deal with them in any way good or bad because you never know what personal stuff they are giving out to some else.

Majority of people do not intentionally create debt then willingly not commit to the financial obligations. Circumstances occur and people find themselves in predicaments out of their controls, whether it be a sickness, loss of job, poor economy, ect,. If a person ends up in a situation of feast or famine, it does not give entities the right to add stress and worry to individuals already facing shame then be subjected to vulgar and threatening rude people who are paid to terrorize people. Majority of people are going to pay their debt if they are financially capable. You cannot get water out of a rock and quite honestly, mean people WILL be moved to the bottom of my priority list.
Furthermore, it’s not like their company took the loss! Bottom Line is- This company is ruthless, harassing and have to be miserable themselves to treat others they way they do! Luckily, I know my rights and have a great attorney!
So if you are a company seeking a collection agency, this is your dog to treat others like a piece of garbage. If you are a consumer facing hard times, hang up and do not give them the time of day! Call a bankruptcy attorney. There has to be forgiveness in times like these.
Good luck and may these horrible people never have to face or deal with collection agencies like themselves.

Unbelievable Rudeness

I always give some sort of feedback, because being a business owner I feel it is a good way to meausure the suceess of your business/employees. I relocated about 5 months ago (forwarding address left to the post office) I had a rental property and I guess the tenant never paid his bill. The first call was by Maniela and she was the most unprofessional/rude collections agent I've ever encountered. Long story short, she hung up on me when I asked a few questions. I called back and spoke to Ms. Ham, I think she is the same person acting no different. I have never been talked to like a criminal as well as a second class citizen. Unbelievable rudeness, it's amazing how they get away with it!!

I'm sure their job becomes challenging at times, but whose job doesn't but that is no EXCUSE on their part!
They would probably be more productive if they put some type of empathy in the phone pitch. I'm still stunned by their actions as I'm writing this.
