I was helped by Ian this Morning and he was very helpful and he walked me through steps and I was able to take notes and he remoted in. He was able to do some work and I was able to do some and he watched over. I really apprecaite that help and I told him if I get stuck at any point I would call back. Thank you so much, and that's why we pay for the technical support and I will probably use it more often now.
Awesome service. After we purchased your contract, we went ahead and called. It took 2 technicians 2 different times to get it working, but it was just a matter of logisitcs and timeframe of when we called and the difference in time. But overall, I would rate it a 5; it was a great experience. Both of the technicians were super professional, very patient, and explained everything very well. I appreciate it.
Overall, we've had wonderful service; the frustrating part is when we leave our name to get a call back and some times or most of the time it doesn't happen, so we have to call you. But the people we do get a hold of have been wonderful. High five for Ian; he was great. Thank you, and we appreciate your help.

Our service was good but it took a very long time to get connected to someone which is unfortunate since we are a store trying to run a business. Overall our service was good. We would have appreciated a quicker response and fix time but we understand that sometimes its difficult. Overall our experience was decent. Thank you.
I had some technical issues. There are three different components to my computer and the other two companies couldn't get their heads out of their butts long enough to do anything. Erik with POS Nation came and saved the day. He took care of us and got us back in business. The other companies cost me about $1000 over the weekend because they failed to do their jobs. Thank goodness we got Erik today. He got us squared away and we are back on track. Thank you.
