Party Time Rentals

I had to call several times to get a quote and email three times in order to get a final quote from the representative. She always seemed to have an excuse. When she would respond it was always late in the day after I had called repeatedly. We paid our deposit and everything seemed fine. She was to get the Zoning Permit and Fire Permit as I presumed they have done many times. The tent went up on a Friday and at 4 p.m. after the tent is already up I get a call that the Zoning Permit was denied and she needed a letter from the owner of the property. This is **AFTER** the tent is up and the day of. I had an hour to track down the property manager and get a letter signed and to the City Zoning Office. While I was doing this she called and asked for payment?! I had less than an hour and she was concerned about getting paid over doing what they should had done a week prior. Instead, she waited til the afternoon that the tent was going up to get the Zoning Permit. The excuse was that it was a Christmas the day prior even though she should have got the permit a week prior at minimum. To top it all off, her boss calls to ask why he was not paid yet?! He proceeded to call my client and tell them that he was not paid. All the while we still do not have the Zoning Permit. Totally unprofessional, very unreliable! Be wary. I will certainly be sharing with others about this.
