Moving Help

I was impressed with Perfect House Cleaning in the beginning. The quote we were given was much lower compared to other companies, so we decided to go with the company to clean our small office uptown. We had to reschedule the initial cleaning (our fault initially), which was a hassle, and when we finally got a date scheduled, the cleaners showed up an hour early and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was fine with that, but the owner was very rude when I provided her with the check in the amount we were quoted. She made me present a written copy of the quote we were given. She was also very rude when she realized the amount of space that needed to be cleaned (her daughter is the one who provided us with the quote) and continued to mumble comments under her breath about the space (office is quite small).

Since the cleaning was done well, we decided to continue to engage the company for bi-weekly cleanings. I tried scheduling the regular cleaning and was told twice I would get a call back, which never happened.

All in all, Perfect House Cleaning offers a good clean, but has extremely poor customer service and unprofessional staff. We are looking for another company at this time.
