I love this nail salon! I have been there over 20 times and have had a very good experiance every time. The place is very clean and attractive, and the technicians very friendly. Usually I get a pedicure, and I leave with baby soft feet and a great polish that really holds up. I don't go any where else!

(The previous review, written by the women that got arrrested there, well, she's the one that derserves a review of 0 stars.)

Wow, really?!?!?! I read the review about the $19 and $25 pedicure confusion and was not surprised at all since I had the same exact experience, only worse. I think the technician knew EXACTLY what you were saying and hid behind a false facade of not understanding English. When this happened to me, I pointed out the discrepancy to the owner who flew into a RAGE in the front desk area, first claiming that he didn't understand what I was saying, but when I stated my feeling that he was hiding behind a false language barrier (he is married to an American) he then called me a "cheap American" whose business he does not want in his store. He even called the police to usher me out when I didn't cower to his aggressive verbal assault (at once point he even grabbed my jacket and threw it on the floor, all in front of his employees). He is a poor businessman at best and quite possibly much worse it seems.

My only problem was I went in for a pedicure and opened the brochure in the front by the cash register. It had an express pedicure for 19.00. This is what I was planning on getting, but when I sat down, the technician gave me a sheet with different pedicures on it that did not include the express pedicure. When I asked for it she looked like she had no clue what I was talking about and pointed to the pedicures on the sheet. It was clear she spoke little english and didnt understand me.... so I ended up getting the classic pedi, which is 25.00. If my feet were not already wet in the tub I would have walked over and showed her the brochure in the front that had the express pedi listed.
