        The Lamp Place Inc has been called a Charlotte Favorite since 1980. Specializing in table and floor lamps, along with lamp repair and shade departments. This lighting store is top rated on Angies list since their website was created in 1989. We are proud to given the Super Service Award every year. Lamps and Lamp Shades are our specialty, but our Lamp Repairs department is growing fast. We offer lighting repairs for all types of lamps including table lamps, floor lamps, specialty lighting and chandelier repairs. This store offers cord repairs, sockets and switches in a timely manner, sometimes while you wait. There are a choice of cord colors, cord sizes and cord lengths. The socket repairs include every thing from simple socket change with a three way, on/off or push through to more complex like a swing arm or mogul. Other services include lamp design, lamp build-ups, lamp cleaning and lampshade design. We have additional home decor merchandise like Wall Art, Accessories, and gift ideas. We carry some Lamp Parts, Light Bulbs, Finials, Harps and other lamp items.

        Overall

        I tried buying a lamp shade online and it was a disaster. I found this store and brought in my lamp to have it matched up with the perfect shade. This place is a total find. They have all sorts of lamp shades, the sales team helps you pick out the best fit and right price.
