As a trial lawyer in Charlotte, North Carolina for over 25 years, Fred focuses his civil litigation practice on representing individuals and companies involved in complex business disputes. John obtained his bachelor of science in civil engineering from North Carolina State University, before obtaining his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He focuses his practice on complex litigation disputes in both state and federal court, and has practiced extensively in the North Carolina Business Court. Having litigated more than 80 jury trials, John is a personable and persuasive individual, highly skilled in the art of presenting large amounts of complicated information in a manner that is concise and approachable.
