I found a Civic that I loved and was approved for on a Saturday. I traded in my VW Beetle for $1000 down payment. Then 3 weeks later my financing supposedly fell through. It was in my contract for me to return the Civic in return for my VW. Well, they already sold my VW. I made them aware of the paragraph 4 on the back of the contract, as well as on the addendum. Matt didn't even know it was written there. I had to show him. They quickly found my car in Statesville. They told me it would be returned the next day. I called all day, left voicemails. They dodged my calls. Finally at 5, I went to the dealership and demanded my car. When I got it back, the windshield was busted, the window won't roll up, the interior door panel is ruined. When I questioned them about it they told me they had nothing to do with it. They weren't supposed to sell my car in the 1st place. Until the financing went through. They told me to leave or they would call the police.
Jim Burrows is awesome. I recently moved to Charlotte from the Midwest and he made me feel right at home (away from home). He took care of me (and my car) and made sure to make the experience personal and with his time/effort to explain things to me in such a way I would easily understand. I will come back for services!! Great guy and an awesome place for wonderful services!
Dave Thomas is a top notch service tech. He is very knowledgeable on the Hendrick Honda Dealership and their vehicles. I have always gotten great, honest service with him and I will continue to take my 2003 Honda CRV to him. Thanks Dave for always looking out for me!
Very pleased with my service visit with Donald Gunn. He set up the appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. I was amazed he knew my name when he came out to take my car back for servicing . He was right on the money, time wise, saying about I-I 1/2 hours for the service (it was ready in an hour. We have been customers with Hendrick Honda for about 14 years and have always been more than pleased with this customer service, Don Gunn continues the considerate care we have always gotten

Darron at Hendrick took great care of me when a large tree limb fell on my car. The car shined brighter than when it was new. Even if something not quite like I expected it would be they are ready and willing to make it right. I would highly recommend them.
I have bought two cars now with this dealership. I also referred my sister to them and she bought a car as well. I also get my car serviced there as well. No matter the reason why I am there, it is always a great experience. Every time I am there everyone is very polite and always have a smile on their face. My most recent visit to get my car serviced wasn't any different. I was helped by Jeff Nall this past weekend when I had my oil changed and car inspected. He was very sweet and I was in and out of there in no time. As long as I am living with in driving distances I will not go anywhere else.
