I found a Civic that I loved and was approved for on a Saturday. I traded in my VW Beetle for $1000 down payment. Then 3 weeks later my financing supposedly fell through. It was in my contract for me to return the Civic in return for my VW. Well, they already sold my VW. I made them aware of the paragraph 4 on the back of the contract, as well as on the addendum. Matt didn't even know it was written there. I had to show him. They quickly found my car in Statesville. They told me it would be returned the next day. I called all day, left voicemails. They dodged my calls. Finally at 5, I went to the dealership and demanded my car. When I got it back, the windshield was busted, the window won't roll up, the interior door panel is ruined. When I questioned them about it they told me they had nothing to do with it. They weren't supposed to sell my car in the 1st place. Until the financing went through. They told me to leave or they would call the police.

Jim Burrows is awesome. I recently moved to Charlotte from the Midwest and he made me feel right at home (away from home). He took care of me (and my car) and made sure to make the experience personal and with his time/effort to explain things to me in such a way I would easily understand. I will come back for services!! No matter the reason why I am there, it is always a great experience. Every time I am there everyone is very polite and always have a smile on their face. My most recent visit to get my car serviced wasn't any different. I was helped by Jeff Nall this past weekend when I had my oil changed and car inspected. He was very sweet and I was in and out of there in no time. As long as I am living with in driving distances I will not go anywhere else.
