What's the point in paying someone to do your taxes when they screw them up and I have to pay for their error. We were told we were getting a $500 state refund and after 1 1/2 months went by without getting our refund I went onto the website to find that it had been rejected by the state. After leaving several messages for out tax preparer we were told that they are a mistake and we actually owe the state. I am not happy that someone from the company did not catch the mistake, contact us immediately or return my calls promptly. I will not waste my money in the future to pay someone to improperly do my taxes.
