First Choice Cleaning Service

Rekita, As the field Service manager for the company, this review caught me by surprise. First off, our team was scheduled to be at your apartment at 12 noon on 12/19/2014, traffic was bit heavy, so they called you to inform you that they were going to be 5 minutes late and when they arrived at your apartment it was 7 minutes pass 12. When you first called to request service, we clearly explained the terms of service and you accepted and agreed to book our service. With your limited budget, I feel that we, by far, exceeded your expectations, at least that is what you led our team to believe at check out. In fact you expressed great satisfaction the day of the initial clean that you gave them a $10 dollar tip ( irrelevant). Your exact word to them: " I am not one to give out tips easily. I have change upstairs, If I was not pleased, I would go upstairs and give you guys the exact amount". As regards the payment method - yes we do accept all forms of payment including credit cards, check or cash. At the time of check out, you never asked what the options were. you came down and handed them a 100 dollar bill. People that are used to hiring maid service companies, they are well aware that maids don't go from house to house with a pocket full of money to give change to cash paying customers... Maid service companies usually get paid by checks on the most part. I don't know how you came up with the idea of a second chance, I don't recall anyone asking you for a second chance.. i am a bit confused here, because in your review that is submitted on December 25, 2014. you stated that you bielieve in giving second chances, but our team did a no call no show on the 25. I don't know if you have you days , dates mixed up or are making reference to an entirely different company. As I recall, one of our team members was at your apartment with you present to service your home on our scheduled date 12/26/2014 and you were still happy with the service and further arranged for service for the following week (tomorrow morning at 11:00 am) something just doesn't add up here. Ms Rekita, I am afraid to say that we will not be servicing your home any longer. While we value and respect our clients, we have an obligation towards our employees also and don't want to place our employees in situations were they are dealing with unstable clients. Hope you can find another company that can pick up where we left off.
