My experience in dealing with this dealership was extremely dishonest and unethical.
The sales management team along with the financing team are all dishonest and are only in it to close the deal. They will try to play little games of the seat during the numbers process but it doesn't stop there, it continues in the finance office. They are truly your classic auto dealership, trying to see if they can outsmart you in the numbers game.
I caught them into lies. Once when we were doing the numbers in the beginning to settle on a price, and again in the finance office. Then because I held them accountable they almost made a decision not to sell the vehicle to me because now the numbers did not work in their favor.
1.When you settle on a price with this dealership, and a down payment, make sure you also settle on an APR.
2. If they tell you they're gonna throw in a free warranty, IT'S SIMPLY NOT TRUE!
3. If they tell you they're going to throw in free gap insurance, IT'S SIMPLY NOT TRUE!
This dealership tried to change the APR, hide the charges for the warranty and the gap insurance and lie to me right to my face.
I demanded that they remove the charges from the financing agreement and held them accountable by providing free gap insurance and the warranty as they promised. All of a sudden neither one of them were free! And we were now discussing the cost of a warranty and the cost of gap insurance. LOL.
AGAIN, this dealership is dishonest and unethical. So if you want to wonder whether you were taken advantage of? Or if they just thought you were stupid enough to buy their dumb deal, then purchase a car here.
Otherwise, Your better off shopping somewhere else.
P.s. This is not even the half of the issues I experienced with them. They should be ashamed of their bad business practices that end up with reviews like this.
Yes I would definitely recommend east charlotte nissan! My wife and I traded our 2006 Nissan Titan for the 2013 full loaded titan. Our salesman Justin Davenport was excellent! He made sure that we were 100% satisfied and was very easy to deal with, also very good sense of humor. I woukd definitely recommend East Charlotte Nissan to anyone out there. Rene & Maria Mejia. PS the sales manager Vince is one of the best to deal with too. We are very happy.
In 2011, I came to East Charlotte Nissan to look for a used car for my "soon to be"18 year old son. Troy Moffatt was the sales person who took the time to show me my options and how I would save money and have the warranty coverage that I needed. Vince Campbell (finance) ran down some numbers for me making it clear to me that getting a new vehicle was the best option for me. I purchased the new Nissan Altima 2012 instead of an older used vehicle. Exactly a year later - with only 5k miles on the vehicle - I came in for an oil change and NOW my son has a brand new 2013 Nissan Altima - which has better features than the 2012. I have been driving my old SUV since 2008 and I now also have a 2013 - Nissan Morano. Troy Moffatt made this happen for me in 2012 and again in 2013. He was very trust worthy and that means so much to me. Especially when it comes to my son! Thank you East Charlotte Nissan, Troy and Vince! I love my new cars.
Ok so I both the car from there . Got ripped off . Well I thought I will give them another chance . So I went installed 4 new tires . While doing that they broke a tire sensor and blamed it on me . Another 100$ . Then right after I changed the tires the same day I went out of town . Next thing I know my car shakes like crazy and one of my wheel losing tire pressure . And I'm out of town. So anyway I got home and take it them to fix it . And they admitted they forgot to do a balance on one of my tires and forgot to put the seal on my tire that is why it was leaking air . It only took them to do that 3hours . WOW . Anyway they like its all take in care of and we washed your car for you . I come out outside and my car never been washed . I just left knowing IM NOT coming there again !!!!

It was a pleasant experience. I was not happy with the service when I purchased my previous vehicle; but was able to encounter a better experience. If you are looking for someone to assit you in finding a vehicle that will match you as a person, Ronald Disby will be the person to see. I believe he addressed my concerns in picking a vehicle of my choice. I am satisfied with my purchase and I extend gratitude towards his customer service.

I was given false information and i was cheaten completely .

I was robbed by providing false information about the car.(My car is LS model and but the finance guy told me that it is LTZ model).. and robbed my money. The same day i found my car is not LTZ model and i informed the car company the next day. But the financy guy did not acccept my car back. if you dont know about car company then why you are working in the car company. if it is your fault , why should i pay more money ? if it is yout fault , you should accept your mistakes....
