They don t stand behind their clothing. If you buy sheets and they tear up in the washer, you can t return them. Everything must have tag on the item for them to return or exchange it. There s no fitting room to try on the clothes and they run ackward sizes. If the first time you wear a pair of pants and they rip, you are just out of that money. I d rather pay a few more dollars for my stuff from someone who will take it back if it rips or tears. Staff was rude when I asked for manager and started to say something and then said "I ll not say that "

My mother told me that I should check out Conway for my children's back to school clothes. That they had great prices and a huge selection. She was very right, HOWEVER I did not have any time to shop because as my 9 year old daughter and my 6 year old son walked into the store the first thing we heard BLARING over the LOUD speaker was a song singing about BIRTHDAY SE* (yes intercourse) and YES it said se*. It was only on for a moment before the next song came on singing about let's go to the hotel the motel, i want to put two in your holes and one in your mouth be a freak unzip my pants.... and so on and so on... I honestly can not believe that this kind of music would be playing in a ""family"" type store with many children in there that day....ALONG WITH MINE!!! Needless to say we only made it halfway back through the store and i grabbed my children's hands and we turned around and walked out. I don't know who is in charge of the store and I didn't take the time to ask because all I needed was for my kids to hear something else about having se*, undressing, and cursing. I'm very sorry we did not have the chance to look around because the few items I did look at were a great price. Maybe someone will read this and it will change. I can promise that until that happens I will not return and if anyone who reads this is planning on going and taking their children I would really think again. Unless they are grown kids.
