I recently purchased a home and Alicia Thomas at Carolinas Metro Realty was the sellers agent. She was extremely difficult to deal with. Repairs to the property were done by a contractor that did the bare minimum and did not even reinsulate the exterior walls. The home was previously managed by Carolinas Metro as a rental property and it is obvious that they hire the cheapest contractors they can to make repairs to the property regardless of quality of work.

Worst rental company I have ever heard of. I really wish I would have done my research prior to signing lease. I was promised things would be done within 30 days of moving in and instead of them getting done they attempted an eviction after rent was 2 days late.

I have been using CMR for about a year by now. I have two rental properties in Charlotte, both of them with this company. My experience so far has been good, the contact person I usually deal with, Nichele, is very responsive and helpful.



Being specific: they have rented the properties fast. When a tenant left, they found a new one soon and took care of all the details and sent me the documentation on time. Deposits to my bank account are on time, there was only one instance of a delay due to a problem with their system, but they explained it quite fast and resolved it in a couple of days. I still need to go to Charlotte to take a look at the properties and see in what condition they are, but so far and based on what tenants have said, seems they are in good shape.



From time to time I need to do some follow-up, but I always get fast responses.

In fact, while still living here in Fort Washington, Maryland, three years ago I purchased a single family home in Charlotte, North Carolina. I will confess, they are the best thing that ever happened to me. Yuriy provide the hands-on property management & investment expertise that I was looking for. He's extremely professional. He have been wonderful! I am so pleased with Carolinas Metro Realty that I have recommended them to all my friends, as well as other fellow investors.

Terrible customer service. The management of this company does not care in the least if their customers are unhappy or dissatisfied. They treat honest, hardworking people like complete dirt. Each and every time I have had contact with this company, it has ruined my day.

DO NOT use this company if you have any other option. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and will rob you of every cent that they can get from you.

I have called this place multiple times to try and set up an appintment to see a property. Alicia Thomas the listing agent had no idea about the property I was looking at and secondly she was very rude and unprofessional. When she decided to answer the phone she wanted to know why i was calling. She put me on hold and passed me off to someone else who knew equally as little. We live in South Park and are looking to move a bit further south and I would never use this company ever again.

I looked around for hours trying to find the best property management company for me. I came across Carolinas Metro Realty and decided they were the best. WIthin a week my property was rented and managed. I owe it all to this company. I think a lot of their success comes from their great websites. They offer lots of information and tons of ways for people to find the properties. The tenants can even pay their rent online!
