Alan white can not discrimination me for using a handicap sticker. He tells me I can not use you if you have a handicap sticker, you can not use the handicap sticker on this property, you have all your arms and legs and not in a wheel chair, Alan has tried to changed my employment date. I do not know who he thinks he is. I will continue to use this handicap sticker where ever I go and for the folks think that can do something about it they are sadly mistaken.
Every time I call this business to get parts the customer service rep is less than friendly. Today took the cake with the guy being extremely RUDE. He did not understand exactly which parts I needed and instead of taking the extra minute to go over the options with me he was nasty and put me on hold. After waiting for several minutes he did not return to the call and I hung up. The other reviews state similar situations so I know it was not me, it was him. Jerk
Customer Service is Awful...they charged $5 for delivery and did not deliver until 5:15pm when the part was ordered at 11:30am. Then when it was the wrong part, they refused to accept responsibility and now if we have to drive to them to return the part but will not get the $5 delivery charge back...what about our lost sale, plus our expense to bring you back the part that did not work? Who trained them that the Customer is Always Wrong?
Horrible Customer Service. Was given a price via phone for a part ($198.55), and when they shipped it to me I was billed over $100 MORE for the part ($315.40!!!). This was OVER a 50% price increase. Parts don't go up that much overnight. Just got screwed out of my money. Only option is to return it, and then I'm stuck with shipping both ways and an unhappy customer that will have to wait even longer for their parts. Great way to get you name off of my calling list. Local parts supplier had it cheaper than what I was billed!! I'll be sure and share this story with everyone I know, business and personal.
I have been using Carolina Auto Parts since back in the early 80's. This is a Parts wholesaler not a retail get your hand held parts house you pay twice for. Yes they goof up every once in a while but they have always took care of the problem and made every attemp to satisfy our parts purchase. National Auto Sales
I called the first time to get a price quote on some body panels and was given a fair price so we thought it would be worth the hour drive to pick up the parts. When we got there the price was TRIPLE the actual quote and they were very unwilling to help fix the situation. I talked to the original guy I ordered from and he even told me he remembered quoting me the cheaper price but didn't understand what had happened. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and blamed us for the wrong price. I didn't understand how I got the cheaper price when quoted from one salesman and then the same cheaper price when I finalized the order with another salesman but when we picked it up the price had TRIPLED. I don't know if this was done on purpose thinking that we would pay the higher price since we drove all that way for it but we refused the item and went on our way. I will NEVER deal with this company again, they quoted us the wrong price twice and then were rude (rolling her eyes and ignoring us when we tried to explain the problem) and unhelpful when we refused the extremely high price.
