Our salesfloor is well stocked in Accessories and Supplies and we have a friendly, expert staff who are always available to help you make the appropriate selection. Our customers are introduced to new items and technology through in-store demonstrations and classes. We also carry a selection of books and manuals to provide further inspiration and technique. Our Photo Lab and Digital Imaging departments will provide customers with quality photographs, large poster prints, scanning services, graphic design and photograph restoration. We have the capability to print materials for mass mailings or a single wallet size picture, no job is too large or too small. Went into the store to inquire about Canon lens and salesman sold me on Tamron telephoto lens by selling me on instant rebate ($300 off) and $50 mail in rebate. I purchased the lens and received a call the next day telling me that a mistake was made by the salesman, (the item sold did not have a $300 rebate) and I needed to either pay the $300 or return the lens. Salesman was more concerned about his own job rather than trying to make the customer happy with his apparent mistake. This is unacceptable business practice. I did not pay additional money, I returned the lens and WILL NOT EVER do business with this company again. I tried to patronize the local business but after this experience I will shop online for camera equipment moving forward. Buyer Beware!!!

This is an excellent store. The staff is well informed and they go above and beyond with their time and patience to accommodate the client. They well informed about their stock and are able to articulate the function of their equipment in layman terms for the novice as well as the professional.

LOVE Biggs Camera

I have only been shopping at Biggs for a short time and have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me purchase and learn how to use my first DSLR. I have never encountered anyone not willing to help me out. They are also very child friendly. I have three children and they are very tolerant and even have a play area set aside for them. I wish all retail stores were as good as Biggs Camera. THANK YOU !!!

We went there last week and purchased a used lens for over $400. We drove down the road to freedom park to try it out. When we got there we found out the lens was broken. We drove back only to have the cashier tell us how mad he was because it was going to cost the company because they had to get the lens fixed. What about the customer you just sold a broken lens to? Shouldn't that get you mad? He then asked us 3 times for the lens cap which didn't come with the lens. He didn't believe us that it didn't come with it ... Yeah Biggs ... we purposely bought a broken 400 dollar lens so we could steal a 4 dollar lens cap! Give me a break!! We then purchased a used sigma lens which he told us was f/2.8. After we purchased the lens 2 employees said really loud ""LOCK THE DOORS"" when we got in the car we found that the lens was 2.8-4. Not what we asked for. We went to return the lens today and they told us they didn't have the cash to give us back for the lens so they wrote us a check. A Check? How does a camera store that sells cameras that are over $8000 not have 250 bucks in cash?! They then tried to fix the problem by giving us a ""deal"" considering they were 60 bucks over EVERYBODY online it wasn't a deal so we walked. Stay away from these guys!!! Buy online! They know they are the only camera store in the area and treat you like it.
