I want to tell everyone to stay as far away from this autobell car wash at 5111 Piper Station. My daughter took her 5 day old 2014 Honda CRV for the first car wash and after they finished, my daughter didn't notice untill she got home that they scrached the window tint on both front windows badly. She called up there and took it straight back and was told by the assistant manager she couldn't prove it was done there. We told them they couldn't prove it wasn't done there. At that point they said they were not going to take any resoonsibility for this. The very rude, condescending and unprofessional assistant manager told my daughter "it was impossible that this happened here and that if something was on the rag to scratch the window then the entire windshield would be wreckedtoo" The general manager of the store told us that even if they were going to accept responsibility that they would not fix it anyway because tint is considered an aftermarket item and autobell does not replace aftermarket items in the event of damage. This is insane and total BS! I say if you break it you fix it. Auto Bell has some of the poorest management who are rude and customer service is the farthest thing from a priority for this company all the way from corporate down. They should have a disclaimer on the front of the building to say if we damage your property, oh well we will not fix it! IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO BELL.These people know they did the damage to her car, they are the only ones that have touched it. If you have a problem at this car wash you will be totally screwed because they won't do anything for you but try to cover it up and lie straight to your face. This goes for corporate also I get the same BS form them you can't prove it so we are not going to do anything about it. Everyone I have talked to today has been a complete ignorant jerk. This is no way to operate a reputable company. I have the police report and it looks like the next step may be court. I am still dealing with corporate and slowly moving up the ladder .You are not going to damage my car and walk off like nothing happend and take no resposibility. This is total BS and I am not going to stop until something is done.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO AUTO BELL!!!!!!!! Daughter took her BRAND NEW 2014, WEEK OLD CAR for what she thought was a safe car wash. The Tint on both front windows were SCRATCHED by the kid who cleaned them...well when filling out an incident report she was was impossible that damage was done there and then told by the manager that because "tint is considered aftermarket" that auto bell would not replace it, even if they did the damage to it. A disclaimer should be on the front of the building stating that Auto bell does not stand behind their work and if they damage your property...just because it has aftermarket tint...oh well we won't make it right!! SHAME ON YOU AUTOBELL.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS TO DEAL WITH THE LACK OF COMPETENCE AND RESPECT FOR PEOPLES PROPERTY THAT SHE HAD HAD TO DEAL WITH! PS this was at the Piper Glen Auto Bell!!! Don't make the same mistake that she did by entrusting Auto bell to not only clean her car but return it to her in the same condition it was in when they drove it around the building! The Autobell wash ripped the factory trim off my passenger rear window. Didn't notice it until I got home. Went back, trim was in the wash and bent beyond repair or usage. Manager offered me a free wash!!! Thus far they have denied my claim even though they specifically say on their sign that they are only responsible for factory accessories. The manager completely denies that his washer could have caused this and that the trim had to be defective in some way. Nice to know their equipment is beyond reproach!

After visiting this location something was missing from my car. The manager didn't seem to care. He said, "I hope this doesn't keep you from coming back." Very disappointed!



"This is me being nice"

The special inside and out undercarriage and total works. Ok I say, then less than 10 minutes they are done and broke off my antenna off my Lexis. He tells me I must have been listening to music and when the guy got in between everything he was doing vacuuming he forgot to turn off radio and we are not responsible. But this is me being nice, if you go buy another one for about $20 or $30. I will install it for you, I know how! This is me being nice. Wow I was just stunned, I know I'm from the North and just visiting but Seriously! Oh by the way, car was still dirty inside but had a very greasy topping. Again Seriously, don't they wipe it down? And aren't you suppose to suck up dirt not blow it around? Yeah, NO WAY AUTO SMELL

Not one to complain - But, Wash is no good

I'm not one to complain, but Autobell should have a manager or someone out there that is checking the finished vehicles prior to handing over the so-called clean car to thier customers - I spent 30.00 for a car wash package that, well, looked really bad - vacuuming, wiping down, interior all looked really poor. Sorry for the review, but, get your technique down.
