We just had Apex install 16 windows in our home in Weddington,NC. It has been a great experience across the board. Our wood windows were original to the house and in many were in poor condition. These new Apex windows have dramatically improved the appearance of our home, eliminated a lot of future maintenance, and have even helped block out exterior noise. They also have quite a few features that our wood windows lacked and will surely be much more efficient than our wood windows ever were.

Our sales consultant, Nathan, was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and communicative. No high pressure sales, no scare tactics, etc. Instead he worked with us to get us what we needed, what we wanted, and within our budget. The windows came in quickly and we were promptly called to schedule an installation date that was convenient for us.

Installation went smoothly. The crew of 3 experienced installers showed up when they said they would, were polite, answered my many questions, and worked hard the entire time. When they were finished we did a thorough walk-through and all of the windows' features were clearly and patiently demonstrated. Afterwards they cleaned up the worksite and were on their way.
