Their staff is friendly and I was happy with the product I purchased. However, please ensure you communicate clearly how you want payment to be made. I was very disappointed to find that made a charge to my account without my consent. More so because they had my contact information and could have verified prior to making the charge on my debit card. Now I have to work with the bank for a provisional credit so that none of my checks will bounce due to an unforeseen debit against my account. Again, if you choose to go with this company, BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT HOW YOU WANT PAYMENT MADE; OTHERWISE, THEY WILL MAKE THE DECISION FOR YOU WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL!!!!!!!
