Let me start by saying I AM TERRIFIED OF THE DENTIST! However, After loosing an old filling many years ago and a divorce at the same time I just did not have "extra" funds to have medical attention. After time the tooth continued to disintegrate. I was in no pain but knew it made me uncomfortable. My now boyfriend encouraged me to have it taken care of. I had heard about EDC from a friend who had a good experience at this office, so I went.. My first visit was $80ish for the X-ray and the consult. They determined that it would be difficult to do but they were ready that moment to extract it. I had the work that day so I came back 3 weeks later to see Dr. Yu. Let me just tell you this man did an excellent job! He warned me there may be complications due to the amount of decay and that I may have to see an oral surgeon. He did it quickly with skill and precision. I felt wonderful and relieved once it was over! The price is comparable to a regular dentist so it's not cheap but he was good!!!!! The ONLY quam I have is that at the end of your visit your kinda out of it a bit and they throw a lot of info at you. It was a tidge confusing. I wish they had covered that at the beginning of the service along with detailed written medication instructions so you can look it over once your more with it. I liked the staff as well. To me it was a win/win situation!
Money in hand speaks volumes if Katy Moore is to treat you. Should you not have dental insurance or have some, be sure to make payment arrangements with Vickie! The staff’s great; however, Dr. Moore takes good care of her patients when it’s a definite they can pay upfront or have backup funding. My teeth are rotting out as I write this and I'm less than happy with her on a daily basis. I’m recuperating from dental surgery done at CMC – MAIN Dentistry while I was in hospital for other reasons. I'm angry because she could have saved teeth that are now long gone. An example, I have several teeth that had cavities, said something about it to her assistant, Denise whose answer was, ‘Yes, we know.’ It was not until I was in severe pain and asked that they be treated did they do anything. God blessed me with two older brothers who pay my dental bills or I’d have no teeth at all. Be sure you can text because Dr. Moore does not answer phone calls after hours in cases of emergencies.
Jack English and his staff specifically Jan and Randal are the epitome of the commercial "Like a Good Neighbor State Farm Is There". No matter what I need his staff is always there to help me. I have called during their non working hours or emailed them and they always got back to me within 24 hours. Even during their working hours they are always there to assist me with various questions that I have and always share with me any options that I could benefit from. I have been a customer of State Farm for over 10 years at a different location and joined Jack English location 2 years ago. Switching over to Jack English and his team is the BEST decision I could have made. They are the definition of Customer Service and provide true Southern Hospitality. I would recommend them to any and everyone. If you are looking for great service and want to know your are getting great value for you money go to Jack English and his team they will treat you like you are part of the family.

On one visit I signed in at 10:45 AM. At 1 PM they realized I had not been seen. The front desk, had forgotten to tell the doctor I was there. Yes I would go up and say how much longer, I have to get back to work, And the answer, Have a seat, the doctor will see you shortly. I was checking out after my visit. She said we will call you with the lab results. I sad no do not call, mail them. (They did not have my new phone number). Three weeks later a letter arrives saying "we have been calling you and can not reach you!!" Please call us for your results. I guess it was to hard for them to mail the results with the letter like I asked to start with. Doctors are 5 star. Front desk is no stars.
Dr Savitsky and her staff could not be more professional, caring and most importantly, great at their jobs! The few times I have been there for all types of work, it has been a pleasant experience. She has your best interest at heart and always provides you an assessment that is the best for your health and will only do service that is necessary. It is obvious she is passionate about teeth! She even helped my 87 year old mother who had difficulty finding a dentist she could trust. I rarely endorse people unless I feel very strongly about their service and without a doubt, 100% recommend Dr Savitsky for all your dental work.
I was shopping around for insurance and I gave Jeremy's office a call. I spoke with one of Jeremy's employees. He was very helpful and explained all the coverages and the prices with me. I have now been a customer of State Farm for 6 months and I could not be happier. I have not had any issues with Jeremy's office but I know if I ever did they would handle it professionally and fight for what's best for me. Reading some of these reviews makes me wonder if they are talking about the same office. I have referred all of my family members to Jeremy's office and I will continue too.
